Victa Commando - Poor Running

This mower is being a bit of a diva! At one point it was running wild, over revving quite badly. All of a sudden, it now randomly bogs down on full throttle. After checking and replacing the diaphragm spring, checking for air leaks, and a replacement fuel tap that wasn't flowing enough, it's now idling properly but still bogs down. More investigation is required.
