The Blue Jays moved to the US temporarily during the pandemic to have easier travel restrictions. That's why their stadium was in Buffalo

That was my guess
that the Buffalo Bissons stadium it (the AAA team for the jays) and during covid the jays had to go there and down to florida for home games due to border closes
What a unique time for that imagery to be captured. I managed to go to 3 of those games in that brief window that they were here in 2021.

I've go on that road in mossyrock, WA all the time. I have family that lives out there and as soon as it popped up I just screamed Mossyrock!

This video has reinforced my belief that the only way to truly master US state streaks is to memorize the entire map of area codes for all of those random highway billboard rounds
So Buffalo is my hometown. The Blue Jays were using their Triple A Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bisons, to use when the MLB was just USA only during the 2 years of the pandemic before moving back to Toronto last summer. It was for easier travel restrictions.
So impressive how much state specific knowledge you have

I kept screaming "IDAHO!!" at 20:00 lol. There was a billboard for Lookout Pass, where I went skiing when I lived in Montana. Great solve, this was an awesome video!
Seeing the KWHB callsign reminds me of something. K stations are almost always West of the Mississippi and W stations East of it. This fact will probably never help, but it's easy enough to remember, compared to something like area codes.

That guess on round 20 was really cool detective work with all the small little context clues you got. Impressive stuff
It was a pretty cool feeling for me to immediately recognize two very different locations in this one. I have been at 3rd and Demers in Grand Forks many times. There are some great restaurants nearby there. Then, that Idaho location on I-90 I recognized immediately. Nowhere else looks like that stretch of I-90--that is literally the stretch of road where I first fell in love with Idaho.

Didn’t realize the white circle on WV roads was unique to WV. Taught me something about my own state. Great video btw your accuracy is nuts.

This was fun.
Tip from a Utah native, the red exposed rocks on the side of mountains (That you said you didn't know what it was) where there's also green will almost always be southern Utah. South west, south central, and south east Utah are all quite different areas, but what you saw is very common in the south west, very clearly Dixie National Forest, for those of us frequenting it often :). The red rock was a dead give-away, for future reference.

If you give yourself 0.5 points for each bordering state guess, that's 43.5 out of 50. Pretty damn good. Those divided highways are really tough.
As a Connecticut resident, I am flabbergasted you thought Minnesota was our state.

The blue Jays played in Buffalo for one season due to covid protocols with the border crossing.

The picture from Buffalo must’ve been from 2020. When MLB came back during the pandemic the Canadian government wouldn’t let players in, so the Blue Jays “relocated” their home stadium to Buffalo where their AAA team is located

The lake in Utah and Idaho is Bear Lake aka “The Caribbean of the Rockies” because it’s blue like that all the time (but not Caribbean temps). Knew it was the Idaho side from the pelicans because there’s a huge wildlife refuge there. Weird to see a place I was just a couple of weeks ago
13:52 the play along challenge on the indigenous language map had a location about a mile from that one
I have seen snorkels on a few pickups here in LA for some reason. I thought it was for water-
4:52 shows school flags for Auburn University (orange and blue) and University of Alabama (red and white). These are pretty common in Alabama - for future knowledge.
And advertising for crawfish & shrimp meant the Mobile Bay area was a good bet.

Buffalo is also the Triple A affiliate for the Toronto Blue Jays.
65 mph on a 2 lane highway is low for texas? Jeez, they must have some crazy speeds
I think the highest speed limit is 85 there, typically 70-80 on most larger roads afaik
4:49 this is actually a flag (the far left orange/blue one) based on the college of auburn which is in east Alabama surprised to see it in south Alabama but that is a random bit of knowledge that i thought to share

Watched 2 videos in a row and both have had a different town that I’ve lived in 🤣 after a few years of watching geoguessr TH-camrs I’ve never had that happen once let alone twice in a row
I've been to four of the spots in the video and ate at a restaurant shown in the video... very strange. All very rural places.

I got my hometown of about 2k people on state streaks once. I about fell out of my chair, especially because it was immediately after the city I currently live in.
