    우와 일등이다아 !! 🐰
    주디님 ! 저두 위염이랑 위경련 달고 살아서 병원 자주 다녔었어요 ! 병원 다니면서 약 먹어도 잘 낫지도 않고 힘들었는데.. 양배추즙이랑 양배추환 챙겨먹었더니 이젠 거의 사라졌어요 ! 양배추즙 매일 공복에 1포 정도 챙겨드시는 거 추천드려용 !! 그리구 급성 위경련 왔을 때도 양배추즙2개에 양배추환 때려먹고 한 숨 자면 1-2시간 내에 금방 사라지더라구요 🤔 양배추즙은 직접 만들 필요없구 그냥 쿠팡같은데 파는 거 구매해서 먹어도 효과 조아요 ! 요 방법은 제 주변 지인들 한 8명 정도한테 추천해봤는데 8명 전부 효과 보고 좋다고 했던 거라 주디님께두 진짜 강추드려요 !! 💘 운동 꾸준히 하시구 건강한 습관 만드는 주디님 넘 멋있어용 !! 헬시라잎에 좀 더 도움 됐으면 좋겠어요 🍀

      끄앙! 위경련.. 저 정말 위염이 이렇게 까지 쎄게 온 건 처음이라서 위가 아픈게 이렇게 아프구나.. 깜짝 놀랐어요! 양배추가 좋다고 해서 관심있게 보고 있었는데, 냄새가 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 쉽지 않더라고요. 하지만 건강!이 우선이니 구비해둬야겠어요! 꿀팁 너무 감사합니다 !🤍🤍🤍

    Hey, Judy! I'm glad you are taking care of your health. You have to remain active. Here we say..."Use it or lose it". Maybe you say something similar in Korea. If you don't stay active, your body will pay for it later
