Love the colors, batter is definitely thinner than usual. Swirls look lovely and I bet it does smell amazing. Ah…home Covid testing. It’s results means absolutely nothing. Schools won’t accept its results only doctors office (professionally) administered test are accepted. They are also rated not very accurate. WTF is the point then… just a way of keeping us entertained, annoyed, or just plainly having a failed sense of security. Your sharing information about your camera is most welcome. Hi there! So glad I don't have kids in school any more! My last one graduated in 2014,so it's been a minute, lol! My youngest is homeschooled because of two things. 1. He's Autistic. 2. When we put him in kindergarten, the teacher used to grab him up and place him in a restraint hold. Because he had problems sitting still. This hold terrified him and he ended up escaping his car seat on the way to school and pulled my hair out. That's how we fiund out he was afraid of school and his teacher! So we never sent him back and he's a genius! Really smart boy. He knows 3 languages and reads well. All self taught for the most part. He speaks English, Spanish, and Japanese. I can't believe your girls have to go clear till the end of June. What a rip off. They're missing half of summer vacation! I'd pull them! Summer vacation is a learning time too. At least it was for mine. I bet you say a morning prayer daily with all the school shootings that have happened in the past few years. U ou just never know when you drop your babies off everyday, what may happen! Enough of that... the soap was really neat. That batter was real thin! Must be the fragrance, because you use a lot of clay! I have made a few clay bars as of recently, to see what they're like to make and use! So far I love the feel of the bars on my skin and it helps fragrance stick better. Now I'm looking for soap nuts,so I can check out there advantages in soap. I love this channel for eye opening ideas. I've never used sodium citrate either. I have conditioned water, so no scum, lol! However, thought about that for my customers. You always make our time together a great time! I just finished making a slab of Nature's Garden, Amber Waves. It's a nice men's or unisex fragrance! And.....I made it a clay soap as well! These are beautiful bars! I made a Mojito bar recently and was totally going for those dreamy, wispy drops swirls that you did. I think I overworked my batter and ended up with more defined layers. Still a pretty cute soap! But those swirls you did are perfection! Looks just like I would imagine a refreshing mojito on the beach would look like (if it were soap!) Lol
Wow!! That is crazy about the test! I think it is just different in different areas. Back in the beginning of this school year (Sept 2021, so when covid was still hot & I work at our school), I got covid. I took an at home test. School told me to quarantine. I called my Dr to see if I needed to take one of their NON at home tests & they said NO! There was no need since I had a positive with an at home test. So super confusing between your area & mine!! Sorry you have to go through this & I hope all are feeling better soon!
That is a good question to have. The test were sent to us by the government and have simple directions on them. They must think we are idiots or are these at home test crap? I have questions.

Where I live, we seem to have a “Don’t ask, don’t tell” attitude with regard to sickness. You don’t feel good? Stay home. By the time you take the test, you have already been contagious for about two weeks.
That’s horseshit, they should accept that test result b/c it’s the same test! Do they just not believe it’s current or that you performed it properly? My daughters school & my work accepted ours so it seems like they just wanna make you jump through more hoops like we all have time for that 😒
