Honestly, it might be beneficial to grab everything. Sell the greens in your own pawn shop to keep getting renown in the small town and take your better items to the bigger town. That way you can hit 50 in all parts faster.
I don't understand why your leaving $150 Greens but then your taking $200 purples. In this video alone you've left over $2000 worth of items. Once you buy the pawn shop your going to be broke again.

When you were trying to sell your trailer, it looks like you have to select either or both the options given first (Sell with warehouse content and Sell with furniture) and then click the Sell button. It's only 500 bucks though so might as well keep it for emergency days.
If I could watch this 24/7 I would (also thought since the house is empty like the bathroom, fixing up bathtubs etc. can be used to decorate and can be something to keep working on to keep the videos coming lmao)
Squirrel would be a poor business partner unfortunately. he wants to get to everything upgraded and only wants to the higher end stuff. even the common stuff will help you reach his goal faster, but wanting nothing but high end stuff only won't make it easy. plus he has all that money still in blueberry pawn shop he doesn't want so bad.
Damn did it annoy me that you actively took out the items from the chest instead of just leaving them in, scanning them and selling them with no time wasted. The initial excuse was that they took time from the high ticket items when selling them in your shop but you’re selling them directly to the pawn shop. Why throw away something helping you on not only renown, but helping recover a bit of what you lost even if it is a small amount.
