Where I came from there was a guy who looked exactly like Rod Stewart . I remember it like it was yesterday, I walked out of a pub half cut and he was jumping into a taxi , then someone started singing wake up Maggie at the top of their lungs 😁 . He wasn't impressed and started shouting abuse at the guy singing , it was a totally random experience and I still laugh about it after 15 years.

Just wanted to let you know you're definitely not alone. I've suffered with mental health issues for years (talking 15, off and on) and it's not an easy thing to go through.
Things are picking up for me now so it can definitely get better.
Take one day at a time. Tackle the things you can tackle, no matter how small, and take some pride in that. Speak to those.you trust. Seek medical advice. Medication isn't a total solution in my experience but it makes everything just that little bit easier.
