I know how real the struggle is.. as for me, trying to keep my sugar down has been a challenge and watching my carb intake is like pounding sand sometimes..bread is my weakness..I have overcome the urge for sodas ..only water or unsweetened ice tea..but not having bread kills me!
Just a few months ago I found out that I have High Potassium .. No Potato, No Broccoli, No Banana, No Strawberries The list goes on & On .. Take out all those goodies & no Pop aka Sodas & Bread.. UGH So Sucks to be me.. LOL
This really did help. My daughter has these, and they are so gross. She uses it all the time I can't imagine putting that greasy thing into any of my cabinets. I like how it keeps things from sticking, but I refuse to use it until I know how to clean it and store it. With this help, I'll give it a try.

I used my mat to make roasted vegies and they got burnt on food that I couldn't get off. This worked pretty well-better than other methods I'd tried. Maybe these mats aren't good for roasted vegies.
Thank you I didn't know they sold them in the store I seen it I brought it no instructions I didn't know to wash the back of this mat I was afraid I would lose the back of the mat so it would not slide thank you

I didn't know how to get that thing out of the sil-mat that I've repeatedly been buying now is the most important tip in cleaning out a silicone mat.
