Your videos have helped me a lot! I'm new to having longer hair- what do you do if you have to wear a hat/headphones for it to not ruin my hair? Is the only solution earmuffs? Also, once your hair is already styled, do you get it wet? Or would you wear a hairnet when showering?

And I use the right product and stuff but I rarely ever get those type of curls and when I do it’s only a small part of hair in the front. Short Curl Styling: Even if your afro is short, you can still define those curls. After washing, apply a curl defining cream or gel. Use your fingers to twirl small sections or use a curl sponge in a circular motion to help define those coils. 4. Minimize Frizz: Always pat your hair dry with a microfiber towel or t-shirt instead of a regular towel. This helps in reducing frizz. Also, avoid touching your hair too much as it dries. 5. Maintenance: Protect your hair at night. Use a satin or silk scarf/bonnet or sleep on a satin/silk pillowcase to prevent frizz and breakage. In no time, as your hair grows, you’ll have more options to play with. Just focus on keeping it healthy and moisturized for now! 🌀
I've been trying to use sponge curls recently but they don't last long at all and I also am wondering how much I should be using stuff like oil , leave-in, and curl cream I think i might be using too much

Hats can mess it up. Opt for a loose-fitting cap and satin-lined if possible. I shower with a shower cap.

What products do you use to grow out your hair

Bruh that’s a lot of conditioner. How often do you do this routine? I would go bankrupt using up all the conditioner quickly.

Product isn’t everything. Technique matters. Try varying how you apply & let’s kill that frizz.
