After you made the buttercream flower, do you have to freeze to hold the shape when you handle to decorate on the cake? Your skills is astonishing, I admire it. Thanks for sharing. 😍
It depends on the type of flowers and the decorating. Sometime I need to freeze them, but in this video, I just decorated after piping (can keep in the fridge, not necessary in the freezer) 😀

Omg i’m feel so delight after keep watching you made these flowers cake boxes! It just stunning beautiful works. I lives in the extremely hot area in Australia like 38-40 degree 🥵but i am so keen to try this korean buttercream. Hopefully the weather not gonna stop me from learning new stuff. Please wish me luck as i’m going to be one of your student if you don’t really mind.☺️ 🙏🏻
Thank you for your comment. Do you have the air conditioner in your area. It would be easier to pipe the buttercream in the room with the air conditioner (especially in the hot area). If not, you can pipe in the morning (it might be cooler than the afternoon :). Best of luck to you !!!

Hi there, would like to know if these buttercream melts easily during summer? And thanks for the video...they are very beautiful
It seems more stable than the normal buttercream but try to avoid the direct sun light and try to keep the temperature < 30 oC if possible

Mình có mua bộ tip của GG nhưng mình chỉ thường dùng tip 102 của GG thôi. Còn lại đa số dùng của Witon hoặc tip Hàn Quốc chung thôi bạn à.
