- Today We will explore what Busch Gardens Tampa Bay could be possibly adding new year in 2025.

Love the content! I think they’d avoid the B&M hyper route considering Mako down the road in Orlando, which is kind of a sister park to BGT. The giga would be awesome, but I think a dark ride or working with mock again for an extreme spinner would be awesome
I would really love to see a true dark ride. Maybe SeaWorld Orlando will go that route next year for the Wild Arctic replacement.
BGT really needs an indoor attraction, especially with that FL heat

@PyraGodLuke plus, Busch Gardens did have a Dark Ride with Akbar's Adventure. A reboot of that ride could work.
What BGT really needs more than anything is a dark ride or indoor attraction. After my most recent visit to Epcot, a flying theater like soarin would be a great addition.

Sea World has the hyper l,at BGT you gotta go giga,BGT is the Florida coaster park,it's not Islands of Adventure,it's Busch,after they build this giga they can go ten years adding other non coaster additions the park needs like dark rides and other kids areas but a giga will cement Busch as a must visit coaster park.
I agree they need a dark ride! That would do wonders for the park.
If BGT got a giga, would it be the 3rd best coaster park behind magic mountain and cedar point beating out Hershey park and kings island?

As a Tampa Bay native all my life, I sometimes forget how lucky I really am to have grown up less than 15 mins away from Busch gardens at any given time in my life. It has to be one of the best theme parks in the entire country reguardless of what your criteria is;
Rides? CHECK.
Food? Check.
Animals? Check.
Anyone who has never been, make the trip.
I don’t see Busch settling for a hyper. Too similar to Mako….and they like to go for records. Busch has the space for a giga….something sea world and universal don’t have. This is the park for it.
Yeah... Sheikra and Gwazi comfortably filling the hyper quota would also be a bit redundant. A 330 foot record setter would make this parks line up absolute God-tier.
A bigger version of Kondaa is what they need

@@Dridgeism You're right, a 330 to 340 foot Giga coaster that's about 6,200 feet of track and a tall good flat ride like Tundra Twister at Canada's Wonderland will make this park better than Busch Gardens Williamsburg in my opinion.

i live 30 minutes from bucsh gardens and i visit all the time 10/10!
A launched giga coaster would be sick!
I could definitely see a B&M giga in the works for this park, but as you mentioned I don’t think it would happen next year. My personal pick for the park would be a Mack XTreme Spinner like Time Traveler at Silver Dollar City. These are pretty reliable rides that offer great thrills and it would be totally unique to the area. I think it would be different enough from Cobra’s Curse that it is a viable option. The biggest downside is the lackluster relationship between seaworld and Mack. But that would be my personal pick for what the park should get next.
I would love to see a Mack rides extreme spinner. The park already has a fantastic lineup, and I am very lucky to be able to visit it so much. In terms of coasters, the only other noticeable gap would be a true wooden coaster. What the park really needs is a dark ride to help with the Florida heat.
My brain is definitely rooting for a giga. However my heart is hoping for the DarKastle treatment and we get see Martin Short and Eugene Levi return for Akbars Adventure Tours. 😂

I think a wing coaster would still work great, maybe just a more high thrill, possibly even a launch coaster, because they only have one. But I mean giga is also very possible.
I would love to see a wing coaster. I think we should be getting one of those at either BGT or SWO in the next couple of years.
A gig and a more extreme launch coaster would make their line up pretty damn infallible.
I think if Busch Gardens Tampa thinking about putting flat rides then they need to go with Huss Park and attractions and put in Break Dance ride and other rides around the park because it lets people rest from roller coasters so you more flat rides spread around your amusement park.
Yeah not top notch operations they wouldn’t add a hyper with mako nearby. Not many options to choose from besides a giga or a new type of coaster.
Could it be a new dark ride like an interactive, trackless, boat ride, or a 3d similar to transformers the ride?

Sea world has a outstanding relationship with B&M and those rides hardly break down so it's worth sea world lives working with B&M

Everything you said to start the video makes sense except saying BGT has great food,absolutely the worst food of any park in Florida.25 years ago when Dragonfire grill was Das Festhaus and had corned beef sandwiches with potato salad and Italian sausage sandwiches along with the carrot cake then yes but today it's worse than Sea World which is also horrible compared to how it was.
Good point, the food is worse nowadays then before. If I’m comparing it to Cedar Fair or Six Flags, I’d say it is still better.

@metallicnole4514 I've eaten there enough times and it's fine but the last time I ate there I ate the weirdest tasting pulled pork sandwich I've ever had,it was years ago and I haven't gone back since.

@metallicnole4514 It is the best restaurant at the park but let's start talking about the other restaurants which are basically mediocre puzza,burgers and worse than mediocre Chinese food at Dragonfire,I didn't mention the chicken strips cause I actually really like them,but just the variety is very weak.Also the carrot cake,the best dessert they had has been gone for a long time now and what they do have left of desserts went from $4 a few years ago to like $8.Im not local,Im in Orlando but when I go to the park I eat outside before coming in cause the food is just not worth it,if I have to eat at the park I stick to the chicken strips.
I think Williamsburg might get a Giga I think they filed for a 300+ foot attraction before
Hypers and gigas are tall fast and long rides and B&M is the best manufacture to do it. B&M will keep doing what they do best
A giga needs to happen. It would bring in more attention to the park rather than a hyper coaster. Imagine being in Orlando seeing Floridas tallest and fastest giga coaster over 300ft and 90mph. Hyper coasters are boring I was very disappointed with mako after the first drop and first hill just a very boring type of coaster especially compared to iron gwazi. They need to build something that would make gwazi feel small and tamed. Hyper just don’t do it especially when ur talking about the same height and speed of gwazi just for some boring airtime moments and that’s it
They are getting a launch log flume next year and a giga coaster in 2026
Next ride at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay should be named Jangili (Swahili for poacher).
Everyone says BGT should add a giga but, I don't think that's possible because of the 200 foot height limit for coasters in Florida.
@@ThemeParkTeeroy I know. I just think of it as a height limit because of how much extra effort Florida theme parks need to go through to build rides over 200 feet.
What about America’s First Mack Hyper Coaster coming to Busch Gardens Tampa?
Dont discount RMC. They killed it with Iron Gwazi! I am SOOO happy this is my home park.
No way a Hyper. SeaWorld Orlando & BGT don't duplicate coasters. BGT is not going to build a Mako competitor. Giga, sure. They tend to be more about speed than floater. It could also be a Wing Coaster. East animal tie-in there. One of the 2 parks is bound to get a wing coaster at some point. Personally, I really hope it's a Giga, but the cost might be too high. Can you imagine having a Giga and a hyper RMC? Only Cedar Point has both of those.
Busch gardens got a deal on b&m coaster of family suspension coasters it's clear Williamsburg getting one and now Tampa it makes sense but buying two small coasters from B&M

I have no idea why everyone assumes a park is going to add a giga😂
I'm not sure they will do a giga near the retention ponds tbh. There were sinkholes in that area a few years back if I recall correctly. They could also chase a record by being the first RMC T-Rex. Highly unlikely but you never know. Iron Gwazi has done wonders for them it seems and has proven quite reliable too. I think Cobra's Curse left a bad taste in their mouth for Mack but I'd truly love to see a Giga version of Hyperia with about double the track length. The park I feel also needs to update the Congo area and depending on how the flume coaster at SWSA does maybe replace Stanley Falls with one of those. Dark ride and more air conditioned things please. If they could somehow enclose Gwazi field/village like an NFL Stadium with a translucent roof I think that would be a very unique feature even if it only adds a benefit in the summer months. If they add another coaster after all of this I want to see a Gravity Group twister hybrid (steel supports), Launched B&M Wing and an RMC Raptor. The park could use all of these upgrades as well as some Retro throwbacks. Competition from Epic and Disney will be fierce over the next decade.
I asked a source of mine at the park. No one who would know seems to know about any rumors of Kumba's closing.
Kumba seems to be okay.
I think Kumba is safe for awhile. At least a few more years.
Probably will run it for as long as they can. Better keep good maintenance on it, parts are easy to aquire still.
@@Brandon-qd2lb they do maintenance all the time. It's almost got a perfect record on reliability. I think it just needs new trains

I love this park but Sea World parks are always more family friendly so I kinda doubt a Giga is coming soon
I dont want a giga i want one of a kind themed ride preferably a dark rider or hybrid inside out sider darl coaster. Cobras curse is the best themed ride in the park and i wish it was the worst....
I would really want a highly themed ride also. Unfortunately they haven’t been going in that direction lately.
