I use this to get at least one to two inbounds steals (and easy dunks) per rec game. You'd be surprised how many time you can catch the inbounder lacking with a lazy pass.

Best time to do it is after the player inbounding the ball has been dunked on, the player will be frustrated and will spam the pass button

Change your defensive stick to camera relative so that your left=left and right=right

I use Right stick down a lot to swipe at the ball and to stick to player when they’re driving or dribbling
