It's really an amazing view! The first time I saw it, I had no idea what it was, so I had to google it! 😊 I live in northern Norway, just below the arctic circle, and the best time to see it is in mid August. Late April or early May can work too, but the weather tends to be better in the summer. It's nice to have something as spectacular as that to look forward to towards the end of the summer. Thanks for sharing! 😊
Excellent work Mads and the music complements it beautifully. I like sitting in the dark watching it on my TV with the audio really cranking... it's a trip!
Very nicely done! Thank you! We’ve had some great displays so far this summer in western Canada. The season has about 3 weeks left for us at latitude 50° N.
Great clip. I was out last night to hunt for ncl's for the first time ever. Sadly there was much more "regular" clouds than forecasted but eventually ncl's appeared in small window. Super cool.
Beautiful. I'm quite interested about parameters, cause 2s timer, 1.3s exposure, base ISO, f2 produces two seconds of video per minute and where I live (49 northern latitude) NLCs can be seen for roughly one hour with varying intensity and height above horizon (when sun is 7,5 to 13,5deg below horizon) and optimal exposure changes by 3-4EV. Is it better to use short telephoto with high iso or portrait lens to capture slow movement? More lenses, more nights, combine two years in one video perhaps?
That shot with the little boat was really good, so was the one with the meditating person on the rocks. Really solid material. But, I think you could've made it half as long with the same impact instead of reusing different shots and zooming in. Just my two cents. Get's a thumbs up either way of course! :-)
How many images do you typically capture to make a clip? I'd like to experiment more with time-lapse. Never know how many images I need to capture. These are amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Superb!! A question from me...For this kind of flow of movement, rule says that you set shutterspeed half of time from every shoot? I mean something like - 2" shutterspeed set 4" time seconds from photo to photo?
@@MadsPeterIversen Content producers that I watch that discuss health topics, Covid 19, firearms, or broadcast a Donald Trump rally frequently get their videos removed, or suffer a suspension. It's ridiculous. Maybe it's just in America at this specific time, but let's hope it passes. I love your videos.
The digital background music was a distraction for me, probably because I am a musician. I can't help but think this video would have been improved if you had used some real human beings playing real music on real musical instruments. Just a thought.
I can’t stop watching this video. It’s perfection. The vision, the audio, I love it❤️
The rolling sea of noctilucent clouds is unbelievable! Thank you.
Absolutely stunning!! I've never seen these clouds myself ... what a beauty!

Awe inspiring. What a beautiful gift to discover this on a hot, humid, rainy Florida morning.
Wonderful work Mads and well done to Sophie too for creating such a great effect in some of your time lapse sequence.

Beautiful video and photos, Mads. When you go out to photography at that hour of the night do you stay up late, or get up early?
I just stay out late :)
❤️❤️❤️
Incredible, spectacular video, also with a comet, what is it?
That was Comet Neowise which was visible during summer 2020

I try to get at least 300 as to have 10 seconds to work with :)
Superb!! A question from me...For this kind of flow of movement, rule says that you set shutterspeed half of time from every shoot?
I mean something like - 2" shutterspeed
set 4" time seconds from photo to photo?
I just try to get proper exposures and fill out the time. I don't think it makes a big difference at these shutter speeds :)
You do realise a comet is in the picture right? When was this shot? Also great video man.
Mads,. did you do the camera movement in editing or with a gimbal ?
In editing :)
@@MadsPeterIversen thank you
It`s weird... I live in Germany and I`ve seen them 3x on a 4th of July evening to morning 5th of July. .. But only on that date.
You should consider posting on Rumble as well. TH-cam has become very discriminatory by censoring other content producers.
What kind of censoring is that?

Når man ser dem sådan her i time-lapse, så vender ma n lige vinklen af billedet i hovedet og ser det fra oven. Så ligner det bølger i slowmotion :)

So I guess you're not considering Jean-Michel Jarre a real musician? :D
Robots make good music too man- you should check out Daft Punk.
@@MadsPeterIversen OK, you got me. I will retract my reply.
