As a student of history and political science, I was fascinated and amazed by the life story of this GREAT LADY, Fabíola Fernanda María-de-las-vitorias Antonia Adelaida de Mora e Aragón, Queen consort of Belgium. Despite only being 11 years old when Her Majesty Queen Fabíola passed away! And almost 10 years after her passing, here is my most heartfelt tribute!
Where members of the Royal Family were able to express their sadness and pain over their loss, the tears of Queen Matilde and Prince Gabriel! In 1997, the British monarchy did not allow William and Harry to mourn the loss of their mother in public! Crying in public was, and perhaps continues to be, a sign of weakness for members of the Royal Family!
That’s why like the British royal family they say things in English. This is bad. They needed an interpreter because a lot of people don’t speak French or German the English-speaking people would’ve liked to known what was going on.😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
And the funeral of Queen Fabíola, what a beautiful tribute where the El Coro Rociero de Vilvoorde, where her niece, Blanca Escriva de Romani, marchioness of Ahumada, was also present, and sang Salve Rociera, which was a request from her aunt! Something impossible in the rigid and severe monarchy that reigns in my country, with its severity and rigid royal protocol!
🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪FUN FACT -> Belgium is the only Constitutional Parlementary People's Monarchy. Now ur thinking 🤔 hmmm what? People's monarchy? Yes thats exactly right the 1st King of Belgium was elected by the Belgians hence their title "King of the Belgians" and not King of Belgium because Leopold 1 von Sachen-Cobourg und Gotha didn't inherit the land nor was he appointed by god, but by the people. Thats why the King takes an Oath in the house of the people "parliament" on the throne of the Belgians (the throne belongs to the people) thats why their is no crown and orb and why the king isn't made king in a church.
