  • Hi all, today's vid is just a brief overview of the Team Garage Hack 2Low Transmission and a tip of what I normally do when I purchase a 2Low transmission from TGH (Team Garage Hack). Links to the product's below and the graphite silicone grease that I use. (amazing stuff).

The Team Garage Hack 2low transmission comes with a standard 30% overdrive for those that are unfamiliar with the 2Lo transmission.

    Thank You all,

I don’t understand why you didn’t take that grease that was in there out. I don’t like mixing different kinds of grease, maybe it’s just me.

Hard to see in the video but those looks like sealed bearings which would come with grease inside of them already and nothing should be able to penetrate the seals.
Also, if it does, you’ll want to make sure that the greases are compatible. Mixing grease types can actually cause some greases to harden or liquify.

I know buddy, I’ve been in this hobby for 15 years 😉

@@RCAdventurers not understanding your point then. If the bearings are sealed, you can’t get grease to them even if they are submerged in it.
I am a bearing distributor for my day to day, I sell everything from windmill bearings you could walk through to 5 ceramic ball bearings. Seals don’t allow foreign material in

@@k24civic1608 I’m not saying dirt etc will make its way into the box, but given that they are metal geared I like to
Protect the internals against any possible corrosion that’s all mate 👌
