Beautiful! I collect tea cups inherited some from my grandmother, great grandma...great greats...the story is my greatgreatgreat was a slave and was given some dishes by the daughter of her owner. One was a beautiful teacup and saucer which I have. Its amazing something so small and delicate survived so much history. My mom says we are but caretakers.

When some idiot came in knocked a little girl out of the way and rushed to the coffin. The police got him down but how horrible that little girl will never forget it for that reason. Jeff: please make sure you take the tidbit tray hardware completely off the plates if you intend to submerge them in water to clean them, and let them dry thoroughly because, believe it or not, the threads on the hardware will rust, making it very difficult to unscrew them afterwards. (I know, I bought one that I had to have drilled out!)

I love my Longchamps stemware. I have everything except the martini glasses - they are $80 a stem! The rest are far more affordable - generally $8-$10 a stem. It's a great entry level crystal suitable for everyday use. I save the Waterford for the high holidays - everything else we use the D'Arques.
Such wonderful friends! We do a cookie buffet at Christmas and use multiple two-tier servers. None of mine match each other but they are all Christmas themed.
Watching today and i understood the queen was lovely lady. I never knew that she had such humor though. I also understand when u entertain it is easier to have duplicates as u said. I enjoyed the what u called wexford is it as i was just sitting here and looking at all the crystal d'arque i still have in my china closet. Its almost that time of year that they need to b cleaned. The tall glasses u showed with the foot under it are ice tea glasses. I hope the brandy glasses were not the ones that came broken. Oh Jeff second note from us today I neglected to thank you for the heart felt tribute to Queen Elizabeth. What a warm and lovely thing to do. She was an amazing woman. And she was amazing for 70 years. Your always so cheerful and I love to hear you laugh. I lost my brother 4 years ago and it was a struggle for sure for me. So when I came across your tube channel I was immediately hooked. I was hooked by what you two do , but you made me laugh and that was a good thing. Oh Jeff!! I am laughing like a crazy person right now!! Seeing you showing off your Crystal d'Arc Longchamps glasses--just yesterday l cleaned out and redecorated my china cabinet and removed 7 drinking glasses to put in the GW donate box. I figured 19 was more than l needed. Now l might just keep them!!!

Jeff: please make sure you take the tidbit tray hardware completely off the plates if you intend to submerge them in water to clean them, and let them dry thoroughly because, believe it or not, the threads on the hardware will rust, making it very difficult to unscrew them afterwards. (I know, I bought one that I had to have drilled out!)
I can believe that.....thanks for you share.... personally I would not submerge such a thing .

I love my Longchamps stemware. I have everything except the martini glasses - they are $80 a stem! The rest are far more affordable - generally $8-$10 a stem. It's a great entry level crystal suitable for everyday use. I save the Waterford for the high holidays - everything else we use the D'Arques.

Such wonderful friends! We do a cookie buffet at Christmas and use multiple two-tier servers. None of mine match each other but they are all Christmas themed.

Watching today and i understood the queen was lovely lady. I never knew that she had such humor though. I also understand when u entertain it is easier to have duplicates as u said. I enjoyed the what u called wexford is it as i was just sitting here and looking at all the crystal d'arque i still have in my china closet. Its almost that time of year that they need to b cleaned. The tall glasses u showed with the foot under it are ice tea glasses. I hope the brandy glasses were not the ones that came broken. Brandy glasses remind me of my family "low to the ground and heavy" lol. Enjoy your upcoming weekend jeff and angela.
