George is one tough guy. He's been in alot of wars and still seems to have his faculties.
That's the difference between tyson and Foreman tyson is not the fighter who gets of the canvas to win
I love George but he mostly fought nobody's especially the second time around. Norton, Frazier,Ali , Holyfield and a way overrated Moorer. If you go back and watch his fights with Gregorio Peralta it's really eye opening that it took George nearly 20 rounds in 2 fights to stop a natural light heavyweight. Peralta was 35 and 36 years old and weighed 200 pounds. Think about that for a minute. Peralta was in no way scared of George and he was clearly smaller and didn't have a heavy punch and went nearly 20 rounds with Big George.
@@eac1235
Ahhh....so did tyson in his come back fought only fighter's who quit and were already knocked out
In his prime avoided Holyfield, Foreman
was outboxed by a journey man James quick tillis and knocked out by another James buster Douglas
@@earth7551He was to fight Holyfield in 1991 but got locked up. Would have been an interesting fight… Tyson vs Foreman . Quick Tillis put up a good fight in 86 his style would give Tyson difficulty… James Buster Douglas and later with Lennox Lewis … boxers working behind the jab and moving throwing combinations
@earth7551 I know!!! With our beloved heavyweight champions we can throw alot of shade on their accomplishments. All the greatest from Johnson, Dempsey, Louis, Ali, Holmes, Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis ,Klitchko brothers, we can pick apart all of their records from all I just named. Maybe it's like that with heavyweight champions more so than lighter weights because they are supposed to be able to "beat any SOB in the house"...lol.
The Toney v Jirov fight was brutal, thanks for highlighting it.
A war of attrition.
Toney an all-time bad ass with master craftiness and toughness. Jirov with a super human work rate
It's one of my favorite fights, not only was the fight great, but Emanuel Steward was helping call the fight and at the end Emanuel was super excited. I always loved when he called fights for HBO
@@bigblock67camaroManny Stewart was so excited during that fight
Foreman vs Ron Lyle . Thank.
Tony Vs. Jirov was crazy, I look at that fight at least once a month. Jirov's pressure fighting against Toney's counter punching and outstanding defense makes that fight an all time classic for me. Thanks for the upload, excellent work.
james had to work pretty hard for that win.
Vitali Klitschko v sanders what a fight what heart sanders had
Absolutely! He was shot by an armed robber and I believe he was trying to protect people. So tragic!
@@salvitoripopadillo4539Well said. Corrie Sanders was killed trying to protect his daughter. He gave his life for hers. That's A Man. A champion in & out of the ring
VK looked very amateurish. looked more like a tough-man competition than a title fight.
@@uncletony6210 And what are your thoughts on how he beat up the Great Lenox Lewis? I have an "Uncle Tony" in Australia 🦘. Vitali Klitschko was one of the Greatest Heavyweight Boxers of All Time!
I love boxing
George, Good Man and Godley man.
The only man to knock Foreman down twice in a fight
Well, because Ali only needed to do it once. Truth.
Tony is so smooth with that left hook.
Foreman v Lyle. Awesome fight.
Corrie Sanders was one tough fighter. RIP
Rest in peace Sanders! You're left hand was a devastating weapon. Sad about your passing in SA
Amen to that! RIP Corrie!
Corey sanders could swat with that left hand!
Sanders was a hell of a boxer, RIP Legend
Foreman is crazy that man don’t move he live and die standing 10 toes down right in front of you throwing straight 💣
I remember then day Foreman and Lyle fought. I was still living at my Mothers place. I was outside and decided to see what was on Wild World of Sport. I turned on the tube to see one minute before the fight started. Howard Cosell said "better get your popcorn early this fight will never go the distance." He was right. I regarded this as the greatest slugfest I've ever seen.
How old were you then around 40 - 45 🤣
@@JoelCrump-uc9by 18
Great videos you've been uploading, thank you :D
My favorite of these is Foreman vs Lyle, but I admit, Cory Sanders impressed me. I didn't know much about him until I saw this. That dude took a lot of Klitschko punches and kept fighting. I'm looking closely at this man now, and I like his heart.
Lol he fucked his brother up first!!
Why wouldnt you mention the 2min round in Foreman v Lyle?
Toney !!!! Top notch
Nice fights.
See after foreman pushed one of the corner men, how he just keeps walking away trying to look cool while walking away terrified. Lol😅😅😅
😅
1:07 Foreman's cornerman left hook
Great content
Poor sanders having to punch up so high that long
THEY WERE ALL GREAT.😅
Except Lewis Lennox. He fought none of the boxers in their primes. When Tyson wanted to fight him in his prime we did not see Lewis for 10 years. He was nothing but a big bum and Klitschko Would have won that fight If Lewis Didn't rub that steel wool on top of his head in his eyes.
And then he would not give him A rematch and ducked him. He even gave up his title so he would not have to face him again.
They should have banned him from fighting altogether.
And in his prime he was nowhere to be seen fighting guys from the bum of the Month club. Punk
“Ex convict” wow 😂😂
30:40......!?
A picture of a Fighter who is pretty much resigned to his fate....
Vitali could’ve finished it in the fifth round but he got heart for sanders
To me it's a best ever fight
Jesus!! .. Klitschkos' left is just a blur .... I've seen fast and I've seen Roy Jones Jr. fast but , I think I am right in saying , no left has ever been this fast before and since.
The fact that Sanders won a major title and had a victory over one of the best heavyweights of all time with basically one weapon (overhand left) and an all liquid diet of Guinness and Whiskey, defies logic. Rest In Peace Sniper, you were an absolute gangster.
Heavyweight south paws are DANGEROUS !
Has he thrown one body punch
Sanders was rough. That's what he had that over head left. He could definitely hurt someone.
The greatest heavyweight fight of all time! Foreman vs Lyle.
👍👍👍
Marvelous Marvin Hagler vrs. Tommy Hitman Hearns should have been in this.
Foreman is the hero !
And a jerk
For those that never did 😢😮nothing like watching a fight with Howard Cossell calling the action 😮😢, max kellerman or any of these young fools could never fit in his shoes 😮😢
Foreman- Lyle was the best heavyweight slugfest i ever saw, then maybe Morrison-Ruddock as far as total no. of knockdowns between both fighters. Total train wrecks.
John Tate V Ron Lyle would have been such a sweet fight.
Saunder’s is a pretty good fighter. Reminds me of Andy Ruiz. Very quick hands that can knock you down!🎉 10:35
5:34 everything here on the ref needs to be in jail for accomplice to murder gd. Even has the audacity to count like he’d allow him to continue ffs
And yeah I remember watching that Toney jirov fight live. Gatti ward but at cruiser. A sometimes forgotten brutal affair that was the most violent I’ve still ever seen. Never witnessed a fighter literally unable to not come forward like that despite how many right hands Jirov ate. Guy just would not stop. Also never heard Emmanuel lose his cool like that on broadcast haha absolutely insane fight. Well deserved fight of the year
Foreman VS Lyle.
That's the difference between tyson and Foreman
tyson is not the gladiator that Foreman is who gets of the canvas to win a fight
Chins made of steel back then...
Lyle v Foreman 💪🏾🥊
THE MOST FEARED HEAVYWIEGHT BOXERS AS IN WERE ,FOREMAN AND MIKE TYSON..but there is no 4ever and these 2 were humiliated as well
Ref in Foreman v Lyle had money on a fatality. Flippin heck he was just chillin whilst brain damage was doled out
What did the ref have against Ron Lyle? Let that man get obliterated.
He’s a lean mean fat burning machine, he can fight pretty hard also
I thought there was more knock downs during the ron and George fight
Old Howard
Why he had to be called an ex convict!
I thought the same.
Toney jerov
They broke the ring
Me personally don't like Toneys style to be almost backwards, sideways. It's borderline stance by rules I think. I have seen fighters loose cause turning a back. Similar thing here, how you can legally hit another if 85% of target is facing away.
These things are at the eye of beholder, I think 🤔 😕...?
It's called the Philly Shell. Most people call it the shoulder roll. James Toney was the best using that technique. Even better than Mayweather
@@mongoslade277
Yeah, I know shoulder roll, but to me Toneys style is extreme 😅
Lyle vs Foreman
Ghatti vs Ward any one of the three
J. Toney true to his religion:Philly Shell
90% KO rate Yikes
Sanders is way tougher than he looks.
James Tony was stopped by Anthony Joshua the ropes kept him up.
I remember being surprised by how fat Toney was for Jirov fight; now I'm surprised by how skinny he was.
ENJOYED THAT !OLDSKOOL WARRIORS ! DONT BUILD THEM LIKE THAT ANYMORE 🥊SUBED 🥊👊🏴
Foreman at 45 looked 70
I HOPE CRAWFORD VS SPENCE IS ON THE LIST ,IF NOT IT DEFINITELY SHOULD BE 💯💪🏾
That ref was a f
Where do u think the George Formam grill come from
Foreman is one brutal boxer, limitless power, boxing skills, tough chin. The only thing going against him, was that he peaked during the Ali era.
The Toney fight was not a good fight, yes plenty of intensity but not one decent punch thrown
No to this fighter
Toney did not win that fight!!!
Sanders fight with nassim rockman was a slugfest.
Hassim Rahman
Neng
Toney vs Jirov was boring. Toney himself looked bored through most of the fight, Jirov had nothing that could hurt him. Chacon vs Limon 4, Chacon vs Boza Edwards, Bassa vs Macauley, Carbajal vs Gonzales 1. Those are all tough, great fights that should be remembered.
I had to stop watching after you said vitali never been knocked out. You said he was stopped by Lenox Lewis, then turned around and said he was one of the few fighters to have never been knocked out. Come on. I'm a real boxing fan. Don't try to bullshit.
He was stopped on cuts that Lewis Inflicted by rubbing that steel wool He calls hair in his eyes.
@@antoniotutt4894 sounds like racism. By the way, it is the most glorious hair.
The fight WAS stopped because of the cut. Vitali was NOT knocked out
Absolutely. He was stopped due to the cut. That's a knockout. That's why, when you look at his record, his 2 losses say, "KO."
A tko is still a ko. As a real boxing fan, we're suprised you didn't know that.
You cheated yourself out of probably hundreds and hundreds of thousands of views on this video by not adding timestamps.
I still say Mo Mo was the Greatest of all time ask me why Ali, simply because he did not want to rip your head off, no shit, he could have hit George more and chose not to, no one ever did that to George? He maid them all greater then they were and did not duck no one, took Death his whole career. Even myself I could hear a woman in a Ali fight and she kept saying get that N word, get him get that N word, kill him she was in the first row the whole World could hear what she was saying, no one escorted her nasty ass out either, he really was a constant professional many fights he would tell ref, stop the fight when his opponent was messed up, so yea him becoming Muslim helped him view man better, no doubt, peace be ion him!
The Klitschkos were overrated IMO. So damn stiff and no chin! Never beat anyone good. That's when Lennox was on the way out and there was nothing good left.
Jirov is pathetic bro!
И так кличко потерял мозги ☝️
