You should learn to actually play kazuya, I'm assuming he isn't your main but if you want him to be at least a secondary you are missing out bc holy shit is he a fun character to play once you get the hang of him. People become terrified of you in elite smash bc ur not playing smash anymore, you're playing actual tekken and all they can do is block and run away. Crouch dash fixes that tho ;)
He’s super technical. I went into training mode to learn his reflector and EWGF once. I enjoy playing him but I could never commit the time to maining him
@@Emberyon dont rely on his reflector, you are better off learning the c stick method to crouch dash than you learning how to use his reflector trust me. Its not hard to learn, but if you're relying upon it in a match against a spammer then you are likely to lose
@@Emberyon took me about a week of consistent practice on a daily basis doing nothing else but practicing the ewgf before I got it, now I can wavedash, semiconsistently zero to death, and I've had my fair share of rage quits (people rage quitting on me, I never rage quit) and three stocks, only took me since october. Realistically it took me about three months of only playing kazuya to understand him on a fundamental level, but to get even better with him took me an additional three months of only playing him. Here is the video that taught me how to do ewgf: th-cam.com/video/J4e8CcMcuPQ/w-d-xo.html I suggest going into training mode if you really wanna learn him instead of training in online matches. When you can do it like 5 times in a row, start practicing combos, when you got your combos down, then watch online matches
Do you stream? It would be so cool to fight against you cause cool pretty cool not gonna ly

Facts
Bro I’ve tried. I’ve thrown games just from trying to land it. I’ll stick to the virgin 10 hit combo instead of the chad EWGF
Lol sorry, ive been play kaz for like a month? And my favorite combo is crouch dash electric into ff nair into DGF into stature smash into SDTLH
That sounds so technical 😭 I like playing a lot of characters so I could never commit the time to fully learning him
@@PrimaryCarton51 My G I’ve been playing Kazuya forever and I’ve never heard of an SDILH. Explain yourself. NOW.

I suggest learning EWGF, he’s garbage without it.
agreed
I’ve tried! 😭 I learned how to do EWGF once and almost threw every match when I tried to land it
@@Emberyon Maybe go for combos into it to start. An up tilt is my go to
