No Rick no QUO! Still find it hard to believe he's gone. Greatest rhythm player ever, also, had the best voice in the band to. Wish he was still here, very missed, rock on Rick x 🤘🎸 play the hell out of your telecaster at that big gig in the sky
I honestly believe Rick knew his time was limited when he got the Frantic Four back together and started doing a little solo work like this. Truly the best there ever was, rest easy Rick. Your music and your legacy will live forever.
The Best Ever!My only problem is,I have fallen in love with him a bit too late... To be on stage with him or even to be in the audience,Is Heaven!Rock and RIP.An Old Friend,me...I do wish Rick Parfitt Jr read this, with respect and Love, B
That was amazing, never saw the likes of it, I remember someone saying "Classic music is God's music and Rock n Roll is the Devil's music, I disagree on that.
Totally agree with the people who've said "No Rick, No Quo......". Shame on Rossi (pension fund??!! ;-) ), but no disrespect to the rest of the current band (especially John and Andy, long time members and contributors of a shed load of classic songs)...... And lest we forget, John Coghlan and Alan Lancaster........ My all time favourite band, but now, unfortunately, much the same as when I saw Thin Lizzy with no original members in 2008 (OK, Scott Gorham is an awesome guitarist and the longest serving member, and it was a privilege to see him play live.......), a parody, despite the absolute pedigree of the participants and material. But, having said that, it's still lovely to see loads of these artists delivering their goods when most of us would've thrown the towel in! It was awesome to hear Rick singing that stuff and giving it a fresh perspective, and I felt that he sang a lot of it better than Francis, particularly "Rockin....." and "Down Down". I'm 50 and got into rock music and playing guitar aged 14 as a direct result of Quo, particularly Rick. I'm fortunate enough to still have blondish hair down to my butt with no grey, which stays until it starts misbehaving, and still play boogie as my go to, despite having been in several metal bands, and it's always on a Tele. I have a dozen or more Teles, but, ironically, none are white! The next one will be....... Thanks for the alternative view of Rick and the memories 66rock :-)
I always saw status quo as an equal mix between Francis and Rick. I didn't see it as one was more important than the other but between them they had that chemistry that made them greater than the sum of their parts. They complimented each other for sure and it's very sad that Rick died. Actually it sucks but what can you say we all pay the same price to live in the world ain't nobody's getting out alive. As far as singers go hell Noddy Holder was the man to beat from England Francis and Rick can't even come close to having the pipes Noddy Holder possessed. So before you freak out it doesn't matter just like which one was better Francis or Rick? together they were status quo and without both of them status quo no longer exists. We're all getting older that's a fact I must have said it 4500 times deeper and down but I got a perfect remedy most of the time these days I'm just sitting in my chair Rockin all over the world but whatever you want whether you're rolling home or still living on an island each one of us has a mystery song hidden deep inside so I think about that when I'm feeling blue for you if you're feeling lonely just hop a slow train little shy fly status quo is always the perfect remedy thank God for digital music huh I could write a whole paragraph just flowing song titles together but for now it's ciao ciao baby now I got to go
I totally agree, I've been saying for years noddy really screams but it's clear and you really feel that he's giving 100%. Rick parfitt is one of the best rythem guitarists ever with a tremendous stretch on those power chords. Francis is the better singer though
The Best rhythm machine ever! Mr. Rick Parfitt. The tears wet my eyes every time I see or hear him playing. Rest in peace dear Rick!
Tear drop here too , and a big one

Fine Fine Fine !
Rick and Francis were nothing without Nuff and Spud, when they left, Quo declined.
God bless Rick! An electric guitar is the violin of the 20th century, very similar!!
RIFF PARFIT UNA GRAN LEYENDA DEL ROCK ATTE CANITO NAVARRO O CANITO ÉL POETA DE SAN FERNANDO CHILE
Rick singing the songs that Francis sang.. is much better with Rick :). Rick should've been Quo lead singer..
Actually, this song WAS sung by Rick. Francis sang along in the chorus.
The ladies in the string section rocking out.
Rockin' all over the world, the only song with 3 different versions with Francis, Rick and Alan on lead vocals.
🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🤩
Love the crowd, they get it
Lol he made it sound like they wrote in the army 😁 nice one rick r.i.p.
Sounded like a great show! (PS. Just a little suggestion. It would have been better doing 3-4 full songs rather than several 'half' songs.)
Je t aime mon frère
