I have to tell you hit the jackpot with this one. Definitely one of the best and most coherent videos about that deck. A friend of mine got Olivia for his Ezio deck but felt her wasn't the right card for the deck so I traded her and now i'm making a list of my own, your video really gave me the direction I needed. Btw Burakos feels great with Outlaw's Merriment.
I'm getting this deck for the commander, the mana base, and a few of the more general use mardu spells to use as a vampire deck. Vampires have quite a few assassins and rogues giving a bit of use to Olivia's want for outlaws, but she is mostly here to get a treasure by her attacking consistently, and gaining lifelink off her for lifegain vampire shenanagains while otherwise leaning wholly into vampires.
If they HAD to add another color... adding blue to make her Grixis would have made FAR more sense. White adds virtually nothing but the lack of blue means you lose out on SO MANY rogues, pirates, and treasure cards.... which Olivia REALLY wants. The fact that it's a COMBAT damage trigger railroads you into pirates or rogues. Assassins and Warlocks really don't want to be trying to get in for combat damage and mercenaries don't care for it much either.
Feel like this is becoming the case for precons as a whole. As the years go on, there's either one good deck when the rest are terrible, or the decks of choice are just bad. No matter what deck you get, you're forced to "upgrade" it because a handful of cards are thrown in for flavour more than strategy and that handful is getting bigger and bigger each precon. Meanwhile you look at other TCGs and their structure decks, so long as its a recent deck, you have the tools for both casual and competitive play in the box.

I gotta say, Played against the olivia in a casual game, that shit fucked. smothering tithe goes so hard. in this pre con
So much value it’s insane
Just pair Olivia with Maskwood Nexus and Anje, Maid of Dishonor, add Outlaws of your choice.
Your dog ROCKS!
The white is forced... it makes it so you have to throw in smothering tithe. I can't find any other reason for it.

Guessing Mr House and his robets were too cute?
Vihann is a better commander imo.
The problem with olivia she needs many ch aged, and lots of better cards to get there.
