Love it, love it, ! I haven’t seen this show since I was a kid. I’m 58, and didn’t realise just how great this was. Excellent acting, stories and sets. I’m also a Star Trek fan, and watched this alongside Land of the Giants. I am now a writer of science fiction, and look forward to seeing my work published. Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺❤️😊

Perhaps various scenarios. Some ending up in the hands of scientists and being studied or put on display. Or the senior SID Inspector deciding a six inch tall person would make a great toy for his six year old daughter. Others could just be randomly captured by giants who keep them as pets.
@@kebler823 That would be great. With no S.I.D. the people of earth would be more inclined to keep them as playthings. Imagine a family finding them and their young daughter playing with them like little dolls?
Charles Dierkop in all his acting glory! his history with Irwin Allen TV shows started with "The Left-Handed Man" from "VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA" in 1965, and also played the menacing horned mutant in "One Of Our Dogs Is Missing" on "LOST IN SPACE" in its first season on CBS. in 1974, he was part of the cast of NBC's "POLICE WOMAN" series from then Columbia Pictures Television when they shot their TV shows at The Burbank Lot that they shared with Warner Bros. Charles Dierkop also appeared in "The Wolf In The Fold" episode of "STAR TREK" in 1967.
The way they made shows in the 60s they had no idea anyone would be watching them decades later. They were totally disposable. Sloppy writing, they don't film the episodes in a sensible order (in season two one of the female crew is pregnant, not pregnant, then pregnant again), and ultimately they just end the story with no resolution. Imagine Game of Thrones ending after Season 2.

I agree!!!!!!
What make and model is that Giants car ? . I've noticed the cars on this show look altered in some ways.
a movie or show needs to be made telling us what happened to these little people

I'd like to see a reboot.
But have the little people from another planet get stranded on a giant world called earth!

Aside from the obvious size difference, the Gianrs and the little people are all humans.
RIPFrancine,x, tiny paul.

Oh yes, another great mention to the late Francine York, a wonderful and lovely actress who is greatly missed!
