Jai Jassal It’s hard to describe how the material really feels, but your description of rubber is not to far from reality. It’s a hard rubber material.
don't mind but guard is more important than anything in the ring even in training it's easy to hit but most importantly when it comes to fighting or boxing jaws and complete head are kept many fell in the ring due to poor guard or punches in the jaw no matter how important you think it is to hit, the most important thing is to take care of your head and stay healthy, which is what I want in my opinion, hands are enough for self-defense that doll is too well made to hit even keeps your hands from bending your fingers and wrists all in all, stay in my health when it comes to martial arts the video is beautiful

Instead of swing it from the ground bring your knee up to waist level then snap that leg out it will produce more power and its faster plus its confused with a knee in some situations so the other person may block themselves for a knee but then you snap your leg out and boom lights out
