During my classes in grad school for CMHC, we were required to do SOAP notes. This consists of 3-4 pages!!

Oh wow!! Our notes were pretty straight forward. Basically just wrote about what we talked about during the session.

I’m glad you found it helpful! I was not working at the time so I was able to be with my supervisor the entire work day for 3 days a week. I had several classmates who were working full time while doing their practicum/internship though 🥰
