Are the pools and restaurants overcrowded or does it feel like there is enough space?
There is plenty of room at the pools. The chairs closer to the sea fill up more quickly but there always seem to be some chairs available

Yes, it is generally good but can be a bit hit or miss

What would you recommend for transportation to/from the airport?
One of the airport transfer services, like USA Transfers or Canada Transfers

do they have hotel shuttle? also can you check in early? our flight will arrive 9am.
@@thesiosons7099 I don’t think they have a shuttle, you can check in early but likely won’t be able to get into your room. You will be able to use the facilities/ eat & drink. Pack a bathing suit where it is easy to get to
