Thanks! Yes, the grades are mentioned only on the certificates. After you complete all DELTA modules, you receive a diploma where you can see only the titles of the modules without your grades ☺.
Thanks for your question. You can see it in one of my upcoming videos ( the beginning of August). I am also preparing a webinar on this subject ( date tbd). Stay tuned 😉
What's next? I am quite sure that your ambitions are beyond a head-teacher position who works with C1/C2 groups or even becoming a DoS in a good school. Running your own business, becoming teacher trainer, going phd to do academic things or something else?
Good thoughts, Dmytro! Thanks for asking! I have already realised many of those milestones and now I combine managing education dep at the institute and academy with my entrepreneurship. I offer train the trainer programmes, audit of the courses as well as evaluate the performance of educators. In short, the sky is the limit! I think, it’s time to record another video about it. Thanks for inspiration👍 Where are you in your ELT journey?
@@JuliaDemiELT In my lifelong journey. Completed celta this summer. Even after 5 years of practice it was amazing to get a competent feedbak. Probably the next year I will continue experimenting and practicing. Only then try to go through some deeper academic things
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! 🥰
