Every time I hear someone say they had depression but Islam and the Qur'an is helping them with that I get really emotional because even though I never had depression one of my closest non Muslim friend does and it makes me so sad whenever she tells me what it feels like. No one deserves to feel like this. I hope everyone find a way to recover from it. To anyone reading this, please make dua for her that she finds peace as well. She is an atheist and has a strong dislike for all religions so I can't really get her to explore Islam or even the idea of God. May Allah guide us all ameen.
I used to be atheist (almost, cuz I believed ghosts and some other super natural stuff).
I think you can use a scientistic way to slowly introduce Quran to her, or she can also go to therapist (I do that too)
I hope you and she will be all fine and healthy ❤️
