This is the best man cave I've ever seen. You can tell this guy put a lot of thought into this before he started to work on it. The biggest mistake I see guys making is that they just try to stuff all their merchandise into a room. This guy took a lot of care as to make the room look good by using the best looking materials and making great use of empty space.
at first glance I easily put this into the top 5 sports rooms I have seen on youtube. But thinking about it I may put it at #1 for reasons that you have said. Other guys strategys is just throw a bunch of stuff in one area and it ends up looking bad in some cases. This looks classy. Your senses are dominated by redskins gear with out it looking like an eye sore. A lot of props to this room.
