Awesome CAN Gauge Mini!!! Packed with tons of goodies!! Love the touch sensors and what they control. I also loved the "You Nuts?" message on the MPH screen when it exceeds the highest speed alert. Thanks Adam, I do like it too obviously 🙂Actually, my wife's father who is also ill is in Germany right now and been taken care of by her step mom. We live with her grandfather who has cancer is is not doing well at all and she takes care of him, including spending time in the hospital with him once for one month and the last time over a week. Not counting the trips we have to take once a week and drive to Varna for checkups. So it's pretty hard on her and me too. Anyway, we hope for the best but it's not looking good. Stay safe my friend.

Thanks, the touch part of the sensor is actually on the PCB itself, think of it like a ground pour, in this case the size of about 5x10mm on both sides of the PCB and connected to the input of the touch sensor chip. It is sensitive enough that if you come close to the edge of the PCB it registers as a touch. So it is pretty simple, without the need to use any metal. If you like I could make a short video showing the PCB and the board design.
