I use to think the worst about people and then I realized I had trust issues and it was a way to protect myself and even from disappointments in relationships. By doing this if they did good I would be happy or surprised and not feel et down. I'm better it's a me problem that I had to deal with. Now I try to see they're behaviour and before I decide on they're worst of

Subhanallah... the fact that you realize and acknowledge that itself is a blessing from Allah and good sign for change. My humble suggestion for you is whenever you look the negatives of others, immediately think about your sin/mistake and another thing is read more Hadith about virtues of akhlaq. I will mention one here.
Abu Huraira Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that Rasullullah Sallallahu "alaihi wasallam said: He who forgives the faults of a Muslim, Allah will forgive his faults on the Day of Resurrection.

Don’t hold grudges. It’s the best thing you can do for your heart. For ur akhirah. The most beautiful thing u can own is a beautiful heart. Revenge does nothing. Forgive forget. Just move on. U won’t take these grudges to the grave but u will take ur heart with u to the grave and there wouldn’t u rather have ur heart filled with Quran and love and kindness rather than hatred, envy and jealousy? Just forgive. Clean ur heart clean ur veins cleanse ur soul.
Exactly. This is because I like to listen Mufti Menk. There are differences of thoughts, opinion,and situation among different people. In a family itself different people have different likes and dislikes. One should always respect one and others differences trying not to hurt each others sentiments. These are very minor things that we ignore, but these will cause a great loss for us on the day of Judgment. Allah says ' Dignity of a person' is greater than that of the dignity of Qabaa. Think, how sincere our religion is in protecting one's dignity! I feel proud to be a Momin.

By trying (hard) to accept differences in others in a respectful way, in my opinion, it means we are also respecting Our Creator, The Almighty who has created us differently.
