For some reason this family made me cry. The fact that they are this close even after they are all grown up is extremely rare and extremely nice to see. Also the house, the eating together, small kitchen, the roti made everything so relatable. The brothers are so HANDSOME ! they could be actors truly ! I really wish them a good life in the future as well ! Also they are such nice people the way they helped their mom and the mom is so COOL ! I thought she was Indian at first but anyway absolutely in love with this family ! Would love to see them more often if possible

Aww, I'm glad they had each other growing up, I know for a fact if I had to go through what they went through alone, I wouldn't be in this world, and for those that do get through it, their courage is absolutely out of this world and I hope they are proud but I'm glad they had each other.

im Guyanese (living in America) and their mom claps roti just like my mom use to, piping hot off the stove with her bare hands. TIP: get one of those plastic jugs that they sell for ice tea/lemonade etc, throw the roti in there, put the lid on and shake the hell out of it - works EXTREMELY well and will save mom's hands!

Haha omg the mom is exactly like my mom! From the look of the chicken curry to the thin crepe looking pancake!! I always got 'birthday' pancakes because she was a full time worker and we would only get breaks for my birthday so i always grew up thinking think pancakes are normal. I asked her a few days ago why and she said she likes the taste better (for her pancakes you dont have to whip too much, its still really good).
thats the way pancakes are made in the netherlands! Since surinam used to be a Dutch colony I guess that's why they make it like that too
