Permanent Tire Repair | This Stuff Really Works On Tire Sidewalls

  • Fix any offroad sidewall hole permanently. This would work on trucks, rail buggys, four wheelers, motocycles, rock bouncers and any other vehicles that aren't meant to be on the street. Tire vulcanizing kit is a repair that should last longer than the tire does. Don't throw away an expensive tire just because it has a hole in the sidewall. This repair is much stronger than a patch.

    Hey bro I've done a good size rubber patch and then I put a tire tube. That was a long time ago and it was on one of my quads. It worked really well. But that there looks like a great plan. Now it's a back tire only but I'm impressed. You should get a lot more miles out of it now. Thumbs up brother.lol. happy holidays.

    Never seen this before, but love it! I'm gettin some asap! We usually just put about 10 plugs with rubber cement and then light it with a plumbing torch until she's good and smokin. Most times 2 beers after that process and she's good. If not, rinse and repeat. Lol

      This stuff feels great. The full size rockbouncers use it too. Tires are getting too expensive to just buy more all the time.

  • @williamwarnold6737
    @williamwarnold6737 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I work at tyres, very much a play on a vulcanised fix. Your preparation first, then introduce your rubber, usually done via a special gun , hot plates introduced on inside and outside the wound, held in place under compression. After a designated period the cook time, it is always preferable to reinforce inside with a gator . Done properly on say a large pricey tractor tyre it is a great get out of jail option. I have also seen lots of butcher jobs out there as well. It’s a very good effort for a do it yourself job, but I would go the extra mile, and introduce the gator inside.👍

    Its made by Rema top tip in Europe, Its very good commercial grade product, I have paid less for it at other sources, and the reason it was less, is because the date code only had 6 months left of the two year shelf life, it was almost impossible to mix and was quite porous after curing. Do you self a favor and get it from busted knuckle, they bring it in fresh!
