I was lucky enough to see these guys here in El Paso for Neon Desert Festival. And my God were these guys absolutely amazing! They put on an amazing show! I was going nuts when they started playing this too! And if you're wondering... Yes he really does dance like that live, and it's awesome. The dude has so much energy and is a dancing machine!
I've always like when my family were laughing at him on late nate pbs channel. They came in my room to show me, it blew my mind. I had to record it on VHS. This was back in 2007.
This era of Ghostland Observatory was so fun to be around for. They were playing all the festivals and touring and I was lucky enough to see them a few times during this album tour. I wasn’t as big of a fan of the rest of their career, a few gems here and there, but Paparazzi Lightning was something special to me.
