Even in my college, people use to celebrate after getting hired by traditional service based company and junior use to treat them as 'Bahubali' of the college.... but after 2-3 years, they realized the biggest blunder of their career.

@@shivanksingh6468 only small companies don't ask, my batch mate passed all the test in IBM placement but she was rejected for the percentage, one of my known had to search for job for more than an year just because of less than 60%, he couldn't qualify the percentage criteria itself. For freshers it matters once you become experienced then no one checks, for all the service based big company in india like cognizant, infosys, Tcs, even amazon is ptoduct based but it still ask for that

I guess the host has no idea about the job opportunities for software developers in India itself at the present time. He is still stuck in a time around 10-15 years ago when a job in a service based company like TCS, Infosys, Wipro etc was a big deal🤣🤣🤣. This is also evident from the way he, like a noob, refers to software developers as coders 🤣🤣🤣. Software engineering is much more than only coding. The opportunities for software developers have developed a lot in the past few years in India.
