Instead of social engineer, you can get booming voice and perturbator.
Hard speak+ booming voice+ .42 = instant surrenders
Also, why did you bring zipties. social engineer means they'll never flee or retaliate.

I was able to beat Prologue on Solo Extremity
Hospital is really hard because of the short gas timer on extremity forcing you to take the fastest path. Enemies you encounter on that have to be dealt with on the fly.
You will definitely need good door RNG

in the demo you get a talent per 5 levels but each skill costs 1 or more
in alpha (current version) you just get a talent per level but each skill costs 5 or more

You need to get Social Engineer and the 'Defection' skill in Social Engineer, then once you intimidate a combatant or a undercover you need to click space and the 'Join Us!' option
