I started playing session 6 months ago on and off because it felt like i was never going to get to this level of skating. I was always missing my grinds, thought maybe it was the wrong angle or too much pop or whatever. I cant wait to try these settings and hopefully ill be able to reach your level one day.
Just got Sessions and so far am loving it. Been looking for some nice settings aside from the default, and these feel great. Also huge thanks for stating the numerical value for each slider rather than just showing it's position. That's helpful and something I've found other stats videos seem to leave out.

I just made the switch to Manual catch, it is BRUTAL! but, I know I need to get better with it. It just gives you so much more freedom and style. Is there a trick to getting my skater to actually hit the rail or ledge when grinding? I swear my skater will either be short by a centimeter or far by a centimeter
It's all comes down to timing and getting a feel for when, where and how you need to pop. That's why I have the side impulse Stat turned up, it give me more leeway you try and algin myself with the rail. For example if I'm approaching a rail and notice I'm a bit too far to the right on my approach, I can correct that by popping to the left. I hope that makes sense

I just had to redownload my game cause I was having an issue. Unfortunately, I didnt make a note of what my settings were at, so figured I would just try another set up. Been using this one for the last few minutes, and I honestly think it was a slight improvement over what I had before. I definitely notice a slight more difference in my tricks than I did before.
Hey Kiiba, I'm back and I really need your help here. I love these settings, but I'm having trouble doing any tricks on the 1/4 sccop, (i.e Varial Kickflip, Varial Heel, Hardflips, etc). Either I'm getting the 1/2 arc scoop or nothing at all (i.e. I do the Varial kickflip input but I'm getting a Tre flip. Game says I'm doing Varial, too). I can make a video if that helps....but I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've spent yesterday and today trying to figure out some sort of pattern or trick to it, but nothing consistent. Sometimes, if the scoop and flick are extremely defined, I can get the 1/4 arc tricks, but I really can't figure it out. Any suggestions?
@@KiibaSkates Yeah...You might be right. I think it's just coming down to perfect input. I did sort of figure out a "hack", so to speak. Using No release, I can hit catch IMMEDIATELY after doing the 1/4 arc trick input and it sort of "forces" it to spin correctly. I did try turning up extra scoop, but no help. I don't think I fully understood how much the actual length of the arc impacts the desync tricks. I did figure out how you do the 540 flips though! lol. (I've played far too much session this weekend, haha!) Thanks for your help, man. You've earned my subscription and then some! Keep up the great work!
@@iHoPStA Thanks bro, glad I could help. yeah Desync is a gamechanger and really requires you to think about how fast or slow to do certain input for tricks. Hell if you scoop just right you can do treflips with the varial flip input, they look wild.
pretty new @ Session.. should i learn this game with the standard settings or go for custom settings like yours or will it be toooo difficult to learn at all.. allrdy did some Missions.
I recommend getting use to the gane on default settings before trying to mess with the stats. Get a good feel for the game and adjust your truck tightness and turn/bank rate until it feels good for you.
Kibba, please, can you make a video teaching to how play with auto catch off? Teach to do 540flip, 360 double flip etc.... And explain please how play with sinc flip disable 😂, because when i disable the flip sinc, i can't do a simple 360flip

If you're playing at over 60 fps, that's why man. It sucks but the game's physics are tied to your frame rate and they bug out if you're over 60 fps. Try limiting it to 60 fps in the game settings, I had the same problem.
I tried switching to these stats and I can't land tres or lasers to save my life now lol. The board always over-flips and I land tape down, dunno how you get your flip speed so consistent
I do use these stats on console as well but I they should work with auto catch and sync enabled just not with the full freedom of style for your tricks.
same pop and gravity as me, wish session had got these right for defaults. so many people floating about in their clips and the modders all making parks based on silly gigantic pop
Your setting is amazing and your tricks is so sick! But is so hard to play with your settings 😂😂😂😂 Manual catch in my opinion turn the game more realistic, bit is almost impossible to play 😂😂😂😂. Very very hard
I thought unique pop height meant you pop less when you’re in switch, I always had it set to global and how long I hold the stick down has always still changed how high I pop.
Yes and it also locks the values of your stats. With unique it matters much more, honestly what we need are more stats to customize such as ollie,nollie,switch,and fakie stats

You try using small scoop input but it really comes down to precise quick and short scoops. You can turn up extra scoop and see if that helps
