200. What’s the Difference Between Empathy and Sympathy? | No Stupid Questions

Empathy is very taxing. I tried empathy to understand humans but I am not sure if it is beneficial or made me take irrational decisions or advice.
Edit: I think sympathy is Macro and Empathy is Micro.
