Very nice video Evan. Out of curiosity is there an agent that you recommend for the Makati/BGC area? I am Dumaguete now but I returning to the city very soon. Thanks
#7 Red Oak and #10 Sequoia Residences are, in my opinion, the best bang for the buck. The Uptown area is nice; however, you must walk or spend more money to do the same activities just south of there (in BGC). Red Oak and Sequoia are closer to cheaper and more shops/restaurants at the mall, high street, and market market as well as gyms/parks. I also noticed less traffic congestion. I enjoyed the open streets in this area. It makes being picked up and dropped off more convenient.
Great video! Are these condos on an annual contract or can it be leased on a month to month basis? I been to that area and might be a good place to stay.
Another great video. I hope it rains more often so that l can see more of this type of video. Your various tours are very interesting. I have a small furnished condo in University Towers. I am now thinking of renting my unit out. Awesome information. Thanks for presenting so many great ideas. I would think of renting my unit furnished. Can you show rentals of much smaller units in a future video. Our unit is small, a studio of about 23 square meters or about 247 square foot. What would my unit rent for each month? Robinson Mall and several colleges are close to my condo. Your ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Evan, I've been watching your vids and I would like to know which site you're using to find these apartments/condos. And, are these places for rent or for sale only?
@@TheSavvyExpat thank you...since I'm an unmarried foreigner, I can't get a bank acct, and I don't have millions just laying around, so renting is my only alternative
Awesome presentation! Very informative for those of us moving there. If I may ask, which website is very trustworthy to check if I'm looking for 2-3 Bed/2 bath in BGC preferrebly right next(across the street) from St. Lukes. Thank you in advance.
I was paying $3100/mo. In Bethesda MD the last two years 😂 $1000 sounds like the bargain of the century to me tbh. Would you say Manila or Cebu? I'm moving for one year to Philz, will work part time remote teleradiology so I just need good internet.
Nice compilation. They’re all pretty nice. Interesting that the slightly bigger units cost a little less. But if you could please speak a little slower, and enunciate…. “Condo number 5” sounds like “cononumerfive” /kahn doh/ 😊 That would be great!
Bgc is overrated my dude. 1,000 usd goes a long way. Sure you're buying security and comfort, but there are alternatives for half the price. I love my morning drive but my rent is roughly ~400. Try some areas in QC. Now before you say it's not that classy or posh, the zonal value is just ok. sorry i really can't sleep with the thought a month's rent is = Macbook Air
No I see what you mean. $1000 can stretch a lot further in QC and in any other area outside of BGC for that matter. It really comes down to personal preference. I'll be making a video on the most affordable rental units in BGC so stay tuned for that 🔥

Agreed 💯 Uptowm has some decent condos but it's a far walk from everything else in BGC. Serendra is pretty much in the heart of the city
Another great overview. Do you typically need to sign a lease for a certain duration of occupancy or can you rent for a month(s) at a time?
From what I've experienced you can rent at months at a time. It depends though.
Great video! Are these condos on an annual contract or can it be leased on a month to month basis? I been to that area and might be a good place to stay.
Most can be leased on a month to month basis
These are nice options. Just curious - are these units rented month to month? For example if my vacation was only for a month?

These places are for rent, Mark. I use lamundi, propertyph, hoppler, and a few others

Definitely
Can you send me a list of all the hotels that are inside bgc?
For a USD 1k / month I would expect / negotiate a dishwasher…
Yea $1000 dollars per month condos is way better than those $500 dollars per month ones.
What is the deal with Filipino rectangular architecture? Squares are so much better 😁
😂 I know right. I found that to be a common shape here.

Renting is a waste of money no one can afford that much and would use that to rent to own only if your smart.
A smart person would never touch a rent to own scheme.
for starters what is bgc
