What puzzles me are the seppa colour in the photos. I'm I looking at silver or copper, because both looks black (I think). Is the copper seppa black and glossy as in reflective?

If you do practice Iaido, Kenjutsu, Kendo, Aikido or any other martial art for which it is legit to own an Iaito, then no problem. You'll just have to send a copy of your registration, and that's it. If it's for any other purpose, then you'll need to contact customs before placing your order and get the authorization to import it. We can't really help with that though.
