If Prof were being more honest he would be calling for Afrikan guns to be rallying to the defense of those Francophone breakaway countries and their emancipation initiatives.
If Afrikan comes had come to their assistance, there may not have been any need to contract the Russian security services. But that was not the case. Those Afrikan guns were rather being prepped for attack on offense against those Francophone breakaway countries.
So with such traitorous betrayal, those countries have every right to protect their emancipation initiatives with the Allie’s who best serve their interests.

Let’s be fair, China and Russia hardly employ Africans in Africa. They have the capacity to build factories here and provide us with industrial equipment, but they won’t. Their interest is our raw materials and minerals. They found a weak continent looking for a Massiah and a people willing to sing for their supper.

Ideological confusion, concern for the inconsequential, widespread disunity, and a woeful lack of coordination; individual and organizational remains the conundrum on the continent. This forestalls the revolution toward continental unification that must be undertaken to solve the myriad problems which has been created and maintained by neo-colonialism in my opinion. There is no second option. Africa must be free.

We are greatful but be alert everyone has become stronger while we remain clinging on to the same old thoughts. Nothing should stop us from owning, sharing, partnership and most important is building our own. We must not change one coat only to replace it in awe with the same master servant, lovable Pouchin. African youngsters need this type of educational to csuse them to think and not allow yet another generation to be brain washed.

It is not for our populations.
We have already paid ou dues, learned the lessons and have no need to repeat the class.
Some countries do not prefer democracy. Some like the Francophone breakaway countries, have never had democracy, as it does not exist in neocolonies.
Others hold it as their preferred governance system.
So each country to their own. That is amongst the reasons why there are 54 systems and why the continent will never be a unitary entity.

Pan Africanism is moving Africa towards integration and this powerful tsunami can never be stopped by your mere wishful thinking!

    • @BonsuBigWhale
      @BonsuBigWhale 21 วันที่ผ่านมา

@@Om-mw5lb If you believe it is nonsense then your movement can begin with the likes of Naija, or Cameroon; 2 countries where there are active, open examples of secessionist intent that refute your “Tsunami reference” .
Or better yet start by uniting every country that had already stated the intent to cede their nationhood, sovereignty and republics to merge into a new entity. Right now that is found primarily amongst 2 regional groupings AES, and EAC to EAF minus DRC.
When you get out of your emotions perhaps you can share with us your evidence that any other region or countries have stated such intent? The Maghreb? SADCC? ECOWAS is under active dissolution TODAY. AES is gone. Senegal is on its way out. Ghana also. When Ivory Coast quits it’s a wrap for ECOWAS.
And none of what I have stated is wishful thinking. And it certainly does not express my opinion alone.
You are not living in that utopia in your head.
You are living in your real life reality. Today. At present.
Which of this years elections was for a leader of the continent? Ours was for a president. And his policies towards a specific nation.
His policies do not apply towards AES governance or South Afrikan trade or Kenyan agriculture.
It is for his country alone.
In case you missed last weeks memo, AES has confirmed its exit from the regional bloc, they are exiting ECOWAS NEXT MONTH.
Or are you showing us your inner Tinubu; Telling the AES that “pan Afrikanism” demands that they accept that they will maintain their chains in unity with the others?
For that is exactly what the prospect of returning to the regional bloc means.
A return to neocolonial status under Francafrique neocolonial subjugation that is the current fate that is shared by every non AES La Francophonie member of e dry regional grouping on the continent.
Your country has yet to cede its nationhood sovereignty or republic. But if you believe it s prepared to do so, it can lead the way through its own nitiative. Make the first move.
Or it can cede itself to AES,, a movement already emancipated and under its own control.
Just make to move or submission. What is the delay?
We have never stated such intent. And were we to do so we. Would still put the question to our population for their vote. We honor our social contracts, especially ially the agreements that hold our diverse populations together in harmony.
We have neither sought nor will we follow any foolish inputs that in any way threaten that peace.
This even the AES has excluded several Afrikan countries from consideration for membership based on the divergence in Governance styles and tolerances.
This does not mean we cannot collaborate.
But it does serve as their self admission that the region and, by extension the continent will remain multinational zones.
Ruto will rule Rwanda and Kagame will rule from Nairobi, better prospects or chances for that, than for them to rule or submit to AES, another admission that multinationalism , with respect for the nationhood, sovereignty and republics of each nation that asserts same is maintained…

What Professor Lumumba is describing is the "economy of enemy" model which the British, especially, Richard Francis Burton, was famous for. The idea is to break your enemy into mutually antagonistic units and recruit one against the other. This is why Africans are constantly divided. Some even deny being African or redefine being African in very European anthropological ways - an African version of Orientalism. Richard Francis Burton was an Orientalist. You can not make this up.

One thing we must remember is, Russia during the height of the colonial period was run by two children or grandchildren of Queen Victoria both King and Queen were her grandchildren. And the main reason why they did not have colonies in outside of Eurasia is that they did not have warm seas in the winter time the sea freeze. Austria has a similar problem because I understand that Tanzania was allotted to Austria what they could not actually physically run the place because they did not have a seaport. These things must be taken to consideration they colonized the people that surrounded them those countries that they could just Ride across there borders and take them this is something we must look at how these countries live with their neighbors before we start glorifying him as if they were wonderful peace loving people.

Russia is a country that was ruled by a king called the czar a one man. I like to watch countries and see how they live with their neighbor those are the places that you tend to judge according to their conduct it doesn't make any difference if it's a country in the west or the east how you treat your neighbor tells me a lot about you. I once read an observation that the president of Russia made about Africans and their leadership. Some of these people realize how that side and intimidated some of our people get when they are looking into blue eyes, and we must be concerned about the deals and negotiation that some of our leaders make what are they giving away and even worse are they signing deals that will come back to Aunt the generation ahead? Some of these contracts and agreement like in the days of all can be binding you will see an army at your door giving you an ultimatum.

With all due respect, all of what PLO Lumumba explains that should be done in our respective countries is actually exactly what we have been doing in Eritrea snice 1991 after a bitter 30 year armed struggle for self determination, having been illegally annexed by Ethiopia with the blessing of the US- John Foster Dulles. There's a lot to unpack, but the UN, NGO's, US AID, US Cultural Centers all expelled and closed in Eritrea. The isolation, the sanctions, the proxy wars, the brain drain and continued propaganda spewed by puppet countries like Ethiopia, backed by organizations like The National Endowment For Democracy , which has absolutely NOTHING to do with democracy, have all tried to collapse Eritrea. All the attempts have failed, but not without incredible suffering and frustration that the West hoped would force an uprising so as to topple the government in Eritrea, and the US could come in, put military bases there, take over ALL the oil/energy/ and resources, while installing puppets of Eritrean origin or Tigraians from neighboring Ethiopia, who have had designs on Eritrea in order to create the Greater State of Tigrai, as it would then breakaway from Ethiopia. This is the US's MO. That's how they create instability, with which development is virtually impossible. I need not mention, the other horrors like proxy wars that result in IDP's, death, destruction, refugee crisis, immigration, enabling the looting a country's resources, because who has the ability to fight that off when the country is in such chaos!!!!!!!!! It's sick, and beyond ruthless, it's inhumane but we must save Africa so our children there can thrive and our children in the diaspora can return to live and thrive in the best place on Earth, the mighty AFRICAN CONTINENT alongside her BRILLIANT PEOPLE!
Folks, in Eritrea we march to the beat of our own dums, hence our resiliency. We believe in mutually beneficial endeavors, we are fiercely independent and have incredibly selfless leaders and a visionary President HE Isaias Afwerki. In Eritrea, we have zero debt, are self reliant, have made incredible achievements despite the sanctions, the wars, the propaganda, but we just need more leaders like HE and more people to take back their countries and not be satisfied with living abroad while the West sucks Africa dry. In the collective West , Eritreans have community centers, festivals, political organizations and are in constant touch with the motherland, despite the fact that we have been out for so long. Repatriation is difficult but compounded by sanctions and war had made it impossible.
Today we see glimmers of hope, the US unilateral sanction is still in place but we now have other options like Russia and China. When African leaders deal with Russia or China, it is imperative that they handle their business carefully, smartly. My President warned African leaders not to be fooled by the billion$ promised, but to employ methods that will benefit the country by using both it's raw and human resources. Otherwise, what is the point of having structures, systems that will always be dependent entirely on foreign know how? HE also said nothing would change if there is CORRUPTION. My President lives and works alongside the incredibly magnanimous people of Eritrea, without whom NOTHING would be possible. No fancy suits, no flashy cars, no mega mansions, and that is precisely why his constituents love and respect him. He is one of many beloved sons of Eritrea, has been in the trenches while fighting for independence, continues to lead Eritrea to become the nation all our martyrs envisioned and is another great son of our beloved AFRICA! We Africans have to understand that their endgame is global white supremacy, so being the collective Wests errand dog, allowing them to use you to destroy your fellow African brother/sister, only leaves you as nothing but a loyal dog until you die or they dispose of you! Don't forget that you, on the other hand would NEVER be able to have them go against their own.
I believe we need to have one voice, and in the words of MLK, (how apropos, it's 1/15), injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. When it comes to intercontinental affairs we need to have one voice, a voice that stands for truth and justice and one that does NOT INVITE OUTSIDE INTERVENTION. We need to be serious, call a spade a spade, and let the rule of law prevail. When we deal with the outside world, we need to have equal representation so that outsiders can't revert to divide and conquer. The choice is clear, be of service to the betterment of your country and people, or be of service to your master to the detriment of your country and people. It is NOT easy, but we are doing it in Eritrea and need all of Africa to jump on the bandwagon!
Stay strong, be vigilant, stay on the right, just cause and God is always with you.

I almost agree with any statement but you also say that Africa is weak as it doesn’t have weapons..but then you complain if your partners have military bases on your soil. Defense agreements are necessary if you are weak and need protection.. so what would the best solution for that matter? If you need to develop you should accept foreign investments like China did. Chinese workforce has been exploited by western multinationals but that has helped them to bring more and more people out of poverty and also to have skilled workers than can produce high value goods.
Now that they are called “the world’s factory” then they need friends that can afford their goods. The west is trying to contain China and prevent it from becoming a leading country in the world so they would also need other partners. Bringing Africa out of poverty would be beneficial for the entire world as this will bring a lot of new customers for both cheap and hi tech/expensive goods… and not only customers but also new competitors that can make new discoveries and contribute more to science and progress of the humanity.
It’s up to Africa to let investors to come and contribute to the well being of society while maintain identity and sovereignty over your own land. It’s not difficult but that’s the way to catch up.
You already know that the west want an unipolar world.
Africa should be safe with Brics in a multipolar environment…don’t lose the chance to have good relations and friendship with other people like Chinese and Russians.
