A great interview...Mark Mattson is new to me and very helpful. I was able to hear and understand especially using the captions. You are correct - IF is more sustainable and I am try to do this to help my brain and memory at 73 years old...Thanks for doing this interview!!

Ok, the coffee mug with a picture of you drinking coffee with your lab coat in the picture as you sit drinking coffee in your lab coat….. Clever!!!

As much as you work hard to explain that … and HOW … intermittent fasting is very positive for humans … I truly do not understand it.
    Thank you for trying !!
I do know that I have been on a 16/8 fasting plan for 2 months, and it's been wonderful for me.
I have also modified my nutritional plan : from low calorie, no extra fat … to high protein, high fat, no grains, no added sugar.
This diet tastes so much better … and I'm never hungry on it. AMAZING TO ME !!
I have lost 13 lbs. already.

This podcast is interesting. But it’s very difficult to listen to because it keeps going in and out. The recording is messed up.

I would like to know his opinion on the recent Amerincan Heart Association research that indicates a much higher risk of heart failures for intermittent fasters.

I'll bet you don't agree with gravity, either.
