We go to the goodwill bins out here in LA, Cali but i am yet to find a salvation army bins! By the pound is so cheap out there! So fun!

If you can find a really good place that does alterations and you can take a bunch of clothes in at once and they will do them for cheap!! I’ve replaced zippers and it is not easy especially on pants. Sorry 😢. I found a place here where they replace zippers for 5.00!!! Good luck. It looks like the company had a bunch of faulty zippers they bought and they didn’t know until they were already put in the garments. LOOK AT THAT CART! Hahaha! Edwina said not what you can fit in your bags hahaha. This is thee nicest cleanest bins I have EVER SEEN!! What fun fun finds!!!

I think on the zipper you can take it to those quick hem place and I think they don't charge much to replace the zipper. Maybe shop around. It's worth getting though for sure. Those are cute!

To put a new zipper in a pant usually take 1 to 2 hours. It's not a quick fix.

I managed a little boutique in Phoenix in the 90s and one thing we did well was set up a little high end snack bar with fruit, crackers ,cheese, sweets and drinks like espresso, sherry and wine .
Because my clients would come and shop on their lunch breaks or right after work and it was a whole vibe 🎉
