I love history, esp black history. I pray that God will continue to shelter our brothers and sisters in the US and other parts of the world. "Someday we'll all be free" when Jesus comes.
These type of things make me cry because my people were treated like this just because of their color! I’m glad that Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, and Martin Luther King Junior. Was born in this world. Because if they weren’t then we would still be in slavery by now. So I’m grateful I’m grateful they were here. And I’m grateful to be black I’m grateful for this world I’m grateful for the men and women that helped slaves get to freedom I’m grateful for the color of my skin! I love her I love them!
and to think that many of them still reject us by color and religion when our ancestors did not ask them to bring them to suffer and be treated like beasts
Precisely! People today who hate blacks have misplaced anger. If they so hate being around blacks, they need to blame their blood thirsty European ancestors for holding our ancestors captive in the first place! They wouldn't have to be around us if it weren't for their European ancestors!
It didn't help that African chiefs willingly and regularly sold members of their own tribes into slavery. No mention of that in the "black history" books.
My son looked at her pictures and asked, why is she not smiling? I looked at him like he was crazy. I just told him, Son there was nothing to smile about....
