hello sir,
I'm suffering from Anal Fissure since 3 months, I think it has become chronic now.
i see no blood in my stool but swelling around the anal area and it causes inflammation when I walk above 4-5K steps.
I do not live a sedentary life, i love walking for hours but due to this issue I'm scared of even walking.
How would you help on this? Is the solution sustainable? i also tried satvik diet but i see no result.
i hate taking medicines and I also believe the body heals the wound automatically but this disease is making me weaker emotionally.
