Here's something I learned about this story. Daniel 1:6,7 says the prince of the eunUch changed their names in captivity.
Daniel means God is my Judge
Given Belteshazzar means Bel protect the King
Hannah means Jehovah is gracious
Given Shadrach means moon god
Michael means who is Elohim
Given Meshach means servant of the moon God
Azariah means helped by Jehovah
Given Abednego means nabu God......shows how Satan working through men humiliates God's children. He took away their Christian names and gave corrupt names. ❤️🙏🇨🇦
