My Zapp Flex broke at the hinge for folding the handle, it's the aluminium part inside that's snapped. Tried to get in touch with Quinny but their after sales service is shocking! Anyone know where I can get spares for it? Does Quinny supply them? Will Quinny read or see this comment? Please help! I was stuck and couldn't fold my buggy down to get it in the car.

How to fold and recline when Baby chair is the opposite side facing mother

You can only fold it when it is facing outwards unfortunately.
I have got this today and also my maxi cosy pebble. I got the adapters too but they dont fit !!? Which adapters do i need to buy quinny?
Hello can the zap be use with a nuna car seat or what other car seat is quinny zap compatible with, by using the car seat adapter.
can be used with maxi cosi pebble, city, cabriofix and coral . Maybe some other, you can google, or test before buying. I tested with pebble and cabriofix works well
I just got one for a 1 year old and the leg rest is tiny and not adjustable so his feet are dangling!
How do you fold it when it’s parent facing? Can it only fold if forward facing? No one shows parent facing? Does that design flaw mean u have to remove and rotate it if parent facing???

How do you make the harness smaller?

The height of the harness can be adjusted by using the gaps in the backrest, for further instruction on how to tighten the harness please page 20 of the manual.
