That's why you tell your friends something that you don't mind getting out. Tell them not to tell anybody at all. Then see who been running they mouth.

Keep them at a distance and maybe even take screenshots of stuff they send in case shit hits the fan, nothing good comes from interacting with them.

I’m not go lie. I used to be like this but I realized that’s how I lost friends, close family bonding relationships and trust. It hurts, so I stopped doing it, now people trust me and come to me first when they got issues or need to vent.
