A mansabdar who received salary in the form of land grant(Jagir) was known as jagirdar or if a mansabdar received salary in cash he would be known as Naqdi. So every jagirdar and Naqdi was mansabdar..

Jagirdars were the one who had right to collect revenue. In many cases Mansabdars were goven these rights. So at these places they were same.
However, many Mansabdars were paid directly, and hence they were not Jagirdars.
