greatest high school running back ever yesterday or today was Eric dickerson from sealy high school in sealy texas. former smu mustang legend to former los angelas rams, indy colts,l.a raider, atlanta falcon. this cat was the greatest. 6'3 225 4.3 40, 10.3 100 meters. smooth and graceful.you don't find or see them like this anymore.
He also lived with Deon Sanders for a short while, but one night Deon and his wife came home and Noel was nowhere to be found. He left for one reason or another. Noel Devine was also a father at an early age he was like 14 or something. He has two kids.
ag2407 i love how when a top big 12 or big east team loses or barely wins to a lower team in their conference it is becasue they're a bad team but when top teams in the sec do the same it is because their entire conference is great...the sec's gonna get a wakeup call during bowl season
Just like Divine I assume your saying. Even at USC Bush wasn't an every down guy, they had Lendale White splitting carries with him. Divine does not have the size to survive as an every down back. Maybe in the Big East he'll survive but if he goes to the NFL he will probably play receiver or be a "lightning back" to split carries with a guy like Brandon Jacobs or Lendale White.
ya hes goin to west virginia, he didnt sign on national signing day but did on march 30...i hope this kid gets his life straightened out and play college ball
Not to hate, but I was told that Devine's highlight tape was better than Fournette's, .................uuuuhhhhhh??????????? He's fast but, what else? I've seen nothing from this tape that impresses me but his speed. You want to see somebody use his speed to make people look silly, watch 2015 Derrick Dillon and 2015 Tyron "Billy" Johnson. These kids have speed, moves, and ankle breaks for days.
There was a post listed as "Best running back alive" that was about Noel Devine but I don't know if it was taken down or expired. It was spectabulous . . . simply spectabulous!!! Last time I saw it was 2011 when I was a mortgage officer in Cherry Hill, NJ. I showed it to my boss and he lost his mind as did everyone one else in the office. Noel was one of the best running backs to ever play high school football . . . he had Emmitt Smith/Barry Sanders quality as a teenager.
good for them but their are millions of rb's that can make people miss. you have to be a complete back. and idk why people would compare someone else highlight tape.
he's awesome! there must have been great coaching for his team because on some plays i see amazing blocks by the line! they love running that counter play i see
To date, Kenneth Hall is the only Texas running back to rush for over 4,000 yards in a single-season! Plus generating 899 career points, 395 points of which were achieved in his senior year (1953) alone. That's crazy when you consider the talent that's come out of the Lone Star State in the past 50 years! Google him!
Matt actually I didnt mean that Divine is just like Bush. I really think Divine runs up the middle better and Reggie counted on speed and cutbacks from the outside to get his big plays. Divine will go outside and will make cuts too but he doesnt try it everytime, he will hit the whole and go through it unlike bush did and bush does now. If reggie had someone practice with him and make the running whole from tackle to tackle hed be good, Divine will be valuable at the nfl level
Devine is extremely quiot and very humble his parent God Bless there soul died when he was little. His Grandma took care of him , and im sure when he signs a NFL contract that he is going to hook his Grandma up. He is also very shy he wont even talk to the press.
Had Great Blocking, his team mates opened huge running lanes for him to run through. He has very good field vision made all the right cuts as he was untouched most of the time again credit good blocking. He is very explosive, very shifty, gonna be great. Keep it up and be a great student as well.
hard to be critical of this sort of talent, but he seems to have more track speed than football speed. doesn't really blow through secondary the way other top hs rb's do. is a much more patient runner than i expected tho.
i know the eagles signed him and then cut him a day or two after. that usually means he failed a physical or popped hot on a drug test. i think he is somewhere in the UFL
i just read he cant even get on the field in the canadien football league because he cant pick up the plays in the playbook.so im assuming thats probably the reason he didnt get drafted or isnt even in the nfl.you are right his size doesnt matter at all i think he could be a sproles type of player but if you cant learn the plays or read coverages or blitzes you dont play in the nfl.devon hester was the same way he was just lucky that he is probably the greatest return man in nfl history.
Some of these kids on defense are getting juked when they shouldn't be and they don't even look like they want to tackle him...He's quick, got a very nice burst whenever he wants, but i'd say his top speed could be faster. Good vision...His offensive line created some amazing holes for him, but when they didn't he was able to brush by and dodge defenders...
yea he is. we got some other hot recruit called caleb king (i think he has youtube vids) and he's supposed to be "the next herschel walker" but i dont know too much about him.
he may noot have a great chance on making it to the nfl but j.d-jones drew is 5'7 running a 4.5, garret wolfe is 5'7 running a 4.4, darren sproles is 5'6 an runs a 4.7, barry sanders 5'8 an ran a 4.61
The other difference between them and Divine? They're all 25-40 pounds heavier and definitely stockier than Divine. Divine will probably be similar to Reggie Bush, a stellar high school and college player who isn't big enough or durable enough to be an every down back in the NFL. Hell Bush wasn't even an every down back at USC.
Maybe he'll surprise me but I really cant see Divine having the size or durability to be an every down guy in the NFL. I will be pleasantly surprised if he does but as of right now I don't see it. Only time will tell right.
i love how when a top big 12 or big east team loses or barely wins against one of the lower teams in their conference it is because they suck but when an SEC team does it it is because their entire conference is great...give me a break
So yes we didn't win the war, but it would've been lost without us, as I believe it was Yamamoto(architect of Pearl Harbor) said, "I fear all we have done is to wake a sleeping giant." I love history personally(my uncle has his masters in it and was my US History teacher in high school) and I hate how little some Americans pay attention to it though. For 1776, there was constant fighting, but not all out war, unless I misremember. So you could say we won, but needed the assist from France.
too bad he ended up deciding to go to west virginia and not FSu like he said he was gonna i think he will easily win the heisman in 2 years if he stays healthy, and his grades stay up
bush will never be able to shoe his potential if he only has 10-17 carries a game. he is pretty good. he has had like 5 games this season with over 4.5 yards per carry, but less than 25 carries in each. he wont be able to do shit under sean payton
barry sanders ran a 4.21 40... this kid's not THAT fast. granted, he's doing really good at WVU so far and he'll probably be a Heisman candidate soon enough if he can become the feature back.. but seriously.. reggie bush looked even more frightening in highschool and look at him now.
Gatorboy 2606 I know I swore off posting on this vid because all it is is you cussing out anyone who doesn't think Noel Divine is the greatest player ever, but I know your answer to this question will be hilarious and it gets the point across as well. If Noel Divine is being talked about as the best high school player ever(as you claim), why is he ranked 15th IN HIS DRAFT CLASS?
pretty ez explanation to why he didn't get drafted....tell me how he's gonna block any OSLB or even the smallest of def lineman in pass pro dude....come'on.
It's hardly butting in since I stopped responding to him 4 months ago, but for the record, I have 2 summer jobs, a girlfriend, got back from hanging out with friends 2 hours ago, and leave for college next Saturday. And it isn't douchy to say Devine isn't the best football player to ever set foot on God's green Earth, don't tell that to gatorboy though.
Divine wasn't even the top RB in his class. He didn't even start as a Frosh. Joe McKnight managed that in a far more talented SC backfield than WVU has.
all things considered, he looks very nice.......let's hope nothing unfortunate happens to him along the way if he indeeds decide to make a career of making defenses look inept and such........God bless him
WWI the allies were being steadily pushed back before America joined the war, stopping them just short of shelling range of Paris, whether they would have invaded England after taking France is up for grabs, it's likely though. The Revolutionary War? You fielded an army of almost 100,000 men, including loyalist, hired Germans, Native Americans, and enlisted blacks to fight a country with no standing army or navy, which at it's height consisted of 90,000 men, who had no formal training.
My homeboy just asked me what's the best high school highlight film I ever seen..I sent him this
He has the best high school tape ever
I can’t believe this was 14 years ago. I thought this dude was going to the nfl. I guess not
turf toe really fucked him up over and over again
Size and durability was an issue
I still watch this lol
All these years later and I'm just noticing the video description lmaooooooo
greatest high school running back ever yesterday or today was Eric dickerson from sealy high school in sealy texas. former smu mustang legend to former los angelas rams, indy colts,l.a raider, atlanta falcon. this cat was the greatest. 6'3 225 4.3 40, 10.3 100 meters. smooth and graceful.you don't find or see them like this anymore.
Dang used to watch these when I was in middle school 16 years ago. Crazy
Was this video made when TH-cam first came out ? 2023 baby 🤘
Yes. It was one of the first videos I saw
damn this guy's got some wheels, and stays on his feet
the one clip where he trip backwards but still sped off for the TD was INSANE
guy is just faster than everybody he's playing, its crazy how slow he makes everyone else look. Once he gets through the line its a wrap
anybody catch that everything from the beginning,
allll the way up to 1:49 was all one game?
this is something you won't come by often. maybe guys with the same talent but there is something about him.
He also lived with Deon Sanders for a short while, but one night Deon and his wife came home and Noel was nowhere to be found. He left for one reason or another. Noel Devine was also a father at an early age he was like 14 or something. He has two kids.

what makes noel so good is that he accelerates as he cuts and jukes.....thats rare. Only Back i can remember doing this is Barry Sanders
ya hes goin to west virginia, he didnt sign on national signing day but did on march 30...i hope this kid gets his life straightened out and play college ball
hes in college already.
and hes doing a prtty good job.
look up noel devine against maryland.
yo when i watch this video it seems like noel devine is the only one on fast forward, everyone else is on 2x rewind
Not too often you find a TH-cam video dated 18 years ago
Ya that td run just now looked like it was straight out of this video with that amazing burst on the cutback.
tackling is one of the biggest adjustments going from high school to college (for defenders)
Yeah! For sure...he's a baller...he's a soph next year right?
hes just gonna become a junior next season at West Virginia
Not to hate, but I was told that Devine's highlight tape was better than Fournette's, .................uuuuhhhhhh???????????

He could get out of any situation that's what. Best hs rb ever
he's awesome! there must have been great coaching for his team because on some plays i see amazing blocks by the line! they love running that counter play i see

this kid has god lightning speed,he is going to become the next big player in a few year!!

noel devine is so good he makes it look like there not even trying to tackle him
Devine is extremely quiot and very humble his parent God Bless there soul died when he was little. His Grandma took care of him , and im sure when he signs a NFL contract that he is going to hook his Grandma up. He is also very shy he wont even talk to the press.
Devine's TD against OU was awesome. - A Longhorn Fan
Man what is this in 1080p? Great graphics.
TylerCoronado some of you are too spoiled.
Pacman got arrested while he was at WVU... Henry got suspended multiple times for on and off the field incidents. Also while he was at WVU.
He's at WV doing some of the same stuff he did in this highlight reel.
wait till logan budd's highlight tape hits youtube at the end of this season
He just ran a 65 yard touchdown against oklahoma. Thats now 2 TD
Had Great Blocking, his team mates opened huge running lanes for him to run through. He has very good field vision made all the right cuts as he was untouched most of the time again credit good blocking. He is very explosive, very shifty, gonna be great. Keep it up and be a great student as well.
Noel Devine is badass...he and Mcknight from USC or the backs to watch next year...
Rivas's sophomore highlights showed me more than any of Devine's.
Very shifty and good through the line. Reminds me of a new back for Hawkeyes high school highlights. Jordan Canzeri.
hard to be critical of this sort of talent, but he seems to have more track speed than football speed. doesn't really blow through secondary the way other top hs rb's do. is a much more patient runner than i expected tho.
i know the eagles signed him and then cut him a day or two after. that usually means he failed a physical or popped hot on a drug test. i think he is somewhere in the UFL
Devines a strong runner. Watch out for Jordan Canzeri this season. Last season 2000 yards. check highlights
they said is combine was probably not at its best due to what happen that same day and he's a great running back
this guy was 5'7 170 pounds in highschool.now he 5'7 182 running a 4.39
Oh shit, this was funny, I come to see Noel Devine and get a history lesson. Atleast it sparked my interest for a moment or two.
haha but this conference holds the national championship so i guess we're proving that we're really not overrated
i just read he cant even get on the field in the canadien football league because he cant pick up the plays in the playbook.so im assuming thats probably the reason he didnt get drafted or isnt even in the nfl.you are right his size doesnt matter at all i think he could be a sproles type of player but if you cant learn the plays or read coverages or blitzes you dont play in the nfl.devon hester was the same way he was just lucky that he is probably the greatest return man in nfl history.

yea he is. we got some other hot recruit called caleb king (i think he has youtube vids) and he's supposed to be "the next herschel walker" but i dont know too much about him.
if noel had rich rod as his coach all 4 yrs he would have set a crap load of records and possibly a heisman...
he may noot have a great chance on making it to the nfl but j.d-jones drew is 5'7 running a 4.5, garret wolfe is 5'7 running a 4.4, darren sproles is 5'6 an runs a 4.7, barry sanders 5'8 an ran a 4.61
he's playing against mariner high at the beginning and they're definitely not a joke
The other difference between them and Divine? They're all 25-40 pounds heavier and definitely stockier than Divine. Divine will probably be similar to Reggie Bush, a stellar high school and college player who isn't big enough or durable enough to be an every down back in the NFL. Hell Bush wasn't even an every down back at USC.
he doesn't even have to shake them, he can just outrun them.
no vids came up under that name
Maybe he'll surprise me but I really cant see Divine having the size or durability to be an every down guy in the NFL. I will be pleasantly surprised if he does but as of right now I don't see it. Only time will tell right.
Great Running back. Fella's check out Jordan Canzeri of the Troy Flying Horses, he's running hard.
i love how when a top big 12 or big east team loses or barely wins against one of the lower teams in their conference it is because they suck but when an SEC team does it it is because their entire conference is great...give me a break
steve slaton was in front of him last season he should be starting this year
is he super fast, or is the defence EXSTREMELY slow???
cody paul is 12..... and he is freakin awesome
So yes we didn't win the war, but it would've been lost without us, as I believe it was Yamamoto(architect of Pearl Harbor) said, "I fear all we have done is to wake a sleeping giant." can't teach that kind of speed. Check out Jordan Canzeri high school freshman highlights. Same kind of speed and talent. Varsity this year.
I thought i was going to here 8-bit music playin in the background. Bad quality
too bad he ended up deciding to go to west virginia and not FSu like he said he was gonna
i think he will easily win the heisman in 2 years if he stays healthy, and his grades stay up
He won't play on sundays unless he changes his position or if he gains 20 lbs. He would get crushed at the next level and wouldnt last a year
hes up in the CFL now
The Rams started a white running back last year and was the first NFL team to do so in about 25 years(and yea he was about 3rd string).
bush will never be able to shoe his potential if he only has 10-17 carries a game. he is pretty good. he has had like 5 games this season with over 4.5 yards per carry, but less than 25 carries in each. he wont be able to do shit under sean payton
u ppl realize that wvu has 1 of the best o-lines in the country right..they always have 1 of the top units every year
Do you realize these are high school highlights?
you make a good point but think about it if ur that fast as you can see you dont need to break tackles
barry sanders ran a 4.21 40... this kid's not THAT fast. granted, he's doing really good at WVU so far and he'll probably be a Heisman candidate soon enough if he can become the feature back.. but seriously.. reggie bush looked even more frightening in highschool and look at him now.
He destroyed maryland last night. A huge face mask and he still kept on going.
Who is here in 2024?? Lmao
the mans o-line is pretty aweswome too
Gatorboy 2606 I know I swore off posting on this vid because all it is is you cussing out anyone who doesn't think Noel Divine is the greatest player ever, but I know your answer to this question will be hilarious and it gets the point across as well.
If Noel Divine is being talked about as the best high school player ever(as you claim), why is he ranked 15th IN HIS DRAFT CLASS?
Why Didn´t u go to Miami ????
His name is Noel Devine
Highlight tapes can be decieving, especially when you play a buncha scrubs, but he does have a lot of promise...he ain't Reggie Bush though
He's not in the nfl because a college injury put his stats way down.
pretty ez explanation to why he didn't get drafted....tell me how he's gonna block any OSLB or even the smallest of def lineman in pass pro dude....come'on.
To the description of video: I would kinda lean towards the LT and reggie bush answer
Devine is NO Barry Sanders.
I think you should look at some more Rivas.
and 5'6" for a running back isn't that bad 4.53 40s are great times.
Divine wasn't even the top RB in his class. He didn't even start as a Frosh. Joe McKnight managed that in a far more talented SC backfield than WVU has.
because the coaching staff (at that time) didn't want him.
..and by the black team I meant the opposing team from the first half on the video.
their team had a good offenive line to
where did he play h.s. thanks
all things considered, he looks very nice.......let's hope nothing unfortunate happens to him along the way if he indeeds decide to make a career of making defenses look inept and such........God bless him

This kid is smoking OU right now and he just pulled a 65 yeard touchdown that looks straight out of that video!
its cause neither conference could hang with the sec
and hes on West virgnia. Good back
hes is basically a one man team
He didn't.
lol true. but i think hes ganna get better though if he stays in college and keep progressing
ill givem props on some a those TD's thjo
maadd athleticism !
