Taking three years to build, this stunning home features 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a full generator, and a cistern, offering everything you need for luxurious living.
Special highlights include a beautiful pool, lush green spaces, and sophisticated design elements such as exposed concrete walls by Nestor Paoli, artwork by Heryk Tomassini, Manuel Garcia Fonteboa, and Wichie Torres, and a state-of-the-art kitchen by Bottega Disegnos with Italian ARREX cabinets, Frigidaire refrigerator, and Café™M 48" Professional Gas Rangetop. The dining room features a Maui Wave quartz countertop and Big Ass Fans ceiling fans. The bathrooms are equipped with Axor and Hansgrohe products, and the furniture is from Design Within Reach. The terrace doors were crafted by Pablo Vazquez from All Security Windows and Doors, and the flooring is Solto White Polished tile from Tile Shop. The utility workshop includes custom closets, laundry facilities, teak wood for the family room floor and ceiling, and a teak wood master bathroom. The garage slab is Lucema grey and the pool is Marengo from Stone & Style. Special Glass Solutions provided the glass for the girls' bathroom, and the interior doors are black San Rafael Doors from Toledo, Spain. The garage door is by JAD GARAGE DOORS, and the black railings and gates were created by Miguel Ramos Torrech. The dining room lamp is a ZED Design by Philip Jackson from Loft Haus, and the lamps are by Luxes y Diseño.
