First of all, ask your mom/aunt/grandmother if they still have any of these bows!! I had loads in the early 80s!! In English, these clips were called „barrettes“... also, if you have thick hair, you will need a bigger size than this and remove the rounded part (as someone else mentioned) but you won‘t be able to wrap the fabric under the bar if you want to be able to close it over your hair, just stick the bow on top. 👍

Nancy Johnson „Back in the day“ you often had a skirt guard on your rear wheel as well as over your chain; I used to have a contraption with a multitude of strings over the rear wheel as a guard, too. No idea if you can get these still! Try „wheel guard“ or „skirtguard“?
Dear friends! Please don't burn yourselves trying to stabilize edges with a lighter or hot glue! There is a nifty thing called Fray-Check you can get at almost any craft store that prevents pesky frays. And it's completely invisible and cheap!
Hai I just like your hair bow. But when your making anything which is made up of cloths you didn't tell about the proper measurements. If you tell the measurement in inches or centimetres it's very helpful to me to make properly as you showed in your video. Thank you
