actual british teenager here, the neglect from the parents is actually bad. i see alot of comments blaming the girl but nobodys looking at the attitude the girl is given, from family and that teacher.
It's never the child's fault is it? I mean of course she genuinely didn't realise that the vape was going to cause a fire, but she was still vaping when she would promise she wouldn't.
